PIRI & TERN Investors need to be very, very aware that todays RNS from Piri and the research note from Tern, means; LEE & SISTO are still very much joined at the hip.

These 2 charlatans have still not finished shafting respective holders, something else is being cooked up, thats a gimme

Our He he Ha ha poster must be sitting on some right dog investments - or none at all - if this placing is what it takes to make him feel clever. He must have a lot of time on his hands to tap out those posts while he waits his turn in the queue at the labour exchange, I suppose. Can anyone spare him an old hat and a mouth organ?

No Andre, placees will receive one warrant for every two shares they subscribe to and those warrants are only exercisable at 8p, expiring in a year.

You buy 2, you get 1 free (limiting upside with further dilution). Bonus for the directors for underperformance, again. IMHOAs for not answering shareholders. It is the obligation of directors to answer shareholders questions. They are joint owners after all. If people want answers then they should call the company.

I do agree it does sound ominous at first glance buddy but to be doing it now with incredibly adverse market conditions for NanoCap is quite a feat!

...And fortunately they've not plugged into the wider market as such and those significant shareholders have taken full responsibility for the placing albeit with warrants attached at 8p and yes of course we all know why they're doing this now but look whose taking a significant responsibility for it and I doubt he's a fo_ol man!
