Yes I do agree buddy, build the sentiment, lure the unsuspecting into unsustainable price action and then tap the market for equity with a truly outrageous RNS and watch a near 40% capitulation in valuations!

...What can possibly go wrong with Tern, hehe!

There's a difference at raising at a premium though compared to their normal past bucket shop share price busting moves, and if a director has purchased 560,000 ordinary shares at a price of 12.41p per share then i would hope the next raise will be higher than that.

Bank loan against a holding but none of us know, its just if a placing is coming why didn't this director just get his fill on the placing. I am aware that at some point soon they will have to raise but maybe not yet when they have a director buying on the open market

Director Share Purchase

Tern Plc (AIM:TERN), the company focused on value creation from Internet of Things ("IoT") technology businesses, has been informed that on 27 July 2022 Ian Ritchie, Tern's Non-executive Chairman, purchased 560,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 12.41p per share . Following this purchase Mr Ritchie owns 1,570,333 ordinary shares in the Company equating to approximately 0.45% of its issued share capital.
