23/7/2022 19:33 | "I Googled what does a CEO do ?" says a Tern Poster. More to the point you need to google what is the Nomads Role in an AIM Company. You will find Tern Nomad is less than useless. | steveberyl
23/7/2022 18:13 | Steve, Pires is the much better placed and the more interesting proposition to investors at current valuations not Tern and I honestly believe Sisto is one whose become rather frustrated by what has ultimately materialised with all their deal making! | one_frankel
23/7/2022 18:07 | I expected the deal to be waved through, purely on the basis that 2 Companies would never be so far away from Shareholders pulse. In 50 years Buying/Selling stocks, I have never seen such utter Blind/Deaf Company Directors, Aim Casino dont come close to this debacle. Not only are they Miles away from Shareholders sentiment Tern Management even issue veiled threats. Anyone in any doubt about the OTC application, only needs read the rules of entry and decide for yourself what the Operators of OTC would have thought of Mr Sisto ?. Tern Investee`s are not safe in the care of Sisto, his resignation must accompany his refusal to pay the entire cost of this failed mess, that belongs to him and his Board. The Candy stick F/D has to resign and TERN HOLDERS are missing a trick to ignore the role of THE NOMAD, who would have a a contribution in this MESS. The Nomad must be replaced for this AND their role in allowing Sisto to flout so many basic rules. Holding RNS. Material events RNS. Refusing to communicate et al. The last uprising concerning the 10th placing was allowed to dissipate, pressure must be increased, this is not SISTO toy box, people have proper money involved here. Emails to Tern/Sisto/FD damanding action must flood HQ. Nomad is not doing their regulatory Job, thats a gimme. | steveberyl
23/7/2022 16:47 | Bapodra, with regards to Pluto, I have no bloody idea as to what they're actually doing apart from all their grand visions for the future but if as they state they're being rather productive with developments in the MetaVerse, it could get quite interesting... And with the deal now effectively dead in the water, there's no real urgency to untangle SVV1, let market conditions improve and the underlying investments should begin to make headway and start to bear some fruit for investors! ...But I'll be suprised if dilution awaits here buddy unless its for more compelling investments when the company's in such seemingly sound financial health and you have to remember it will be hugely detrimental to the man at the helm too but if he does decide to take such course of action, I think he'll do it in such a way so its to the advantage of shareholders... There's no doubt at these valuations, Pires is the value call my man! | one_frankel

22/7/2022 14:15 | Agree Bap, was hoping for the deal to go through , BUT , in any case looks obvious that TERN need to raise also. We shall see what transpires now . Time will tell | boxerdogz |
