QM Systems , the company's largest division returned to profit during Q4 of last year ending 30/06/2023.

It's forward orderbook to 30/06/2023 was £5.8m largest in it's history.

It's revenue is also continuing to increase month on month.

The current financial year will see the Start of Production (SOP) in three contract manufacturing business units with them entering SOP in Q1 2024. This in turn will create a business model that is not reliant totally on Capital expenditure project awards.

The next interim results in March will be very strong in comparison to the last few years.

Total H1 revenue will be UP by nearly 100% compared to last year and company will be profitable for the year to 30/06/2024.

Once the company confirms this the share price will take off like it did 2021/22.

The share price has been very quite since their AGM presentation , which attracted quite a few buyers.

Their orderbook as of November 2023 was in excess of £6m , highest in their history.

For year ending 30/06/2020 they achieved a PBT of £194,000 on revenue of £8.3m , which was their highest.

The current year could well exceed 2020.

The company will announce it's interim results for the 6 months to 31/12/2023 in March unless they give a trading update prior to their results.

These interim results will be very strong in comparison to last few years. All the signs are that the company will be profitable again in 2024.

The shares are strong Buy before their next update.

Wow , Balutta it's taken you more than 12 years to make your first post.

It's so obvious that you're someone fake user id.

In 2024 share price will once again rise again due to the company businesses have been trading strongly again since Q4 year ending 30/06/2023 , that's more than 9 months.

The next interim results for the 6 months to 31/12/2023 will be transformational.

Meanwhile you can go back into hiding for another 12 years ....

The company business's are trading very strongly in the current year to date especially QM Systems the largest division which returned to profit in Q4 of last year.

Revenue at QM Systems continues to increase month on month in the current year.

A trading update for the six months to 31/12/2023 would be most welcome.

========================= one of my NAPS for 2024 ==========================

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The company entered the current year with an orderbook in excess of £6 million highest ever.

QM Systems steadily grew revenue throughout the second part of last year ( 30/06/2023 ) achieving a return to profit within the final quarter. In the current year revenue continues to increase month on month.

Revenue at Thomson Engineering Design is also on the increase.

Turnover at Adien for the first quarter of the current, 23/24 financial year is almost double that of the same period last year, and resulting in a very satisfactory return to profitability. The forward order book is full, and order enquiries are extremely buoyant.

Not sure what I'm missing - but - at 30 June 2023 - borrowings were £7,651,000 greater than cash and trade payables were £2,625,000 greater than debtors - euphemistically referred to in the RNS today as the Group having net liabilities- and then some !!

As you know Eezy it's all about position size, this was only ever a punt for me. I was in ahead of the crowd and have trimmed at higher prices. I have 100,000 shares at an average of 5p so I can afford to give them another year.
I hate all this ESG stuff with a passion but if the government of the day keeps pushing for heat pumps this surely has some legs.

If you hold this you've chosen to ignore the awful history of losses and the millions and millions of liabilities that would need paying down ahead of any benefits to shareholders.

The wildest of stupid punts IMO.

Sympathise I shall not if/when the curtain closes on this...

Still holding here Dave for better or worse. Gordon doesn't sugar coat so relatively pleased to hear that sales have turned round in the last few months and that they have some momentum. One day rodders....

Do you remember when the board led us to believe this was on the verge of huge profits and the shares surged from 4p lows to 35p highs.

Not sure what has gone wrong here except they are losing millions now

Was definitely NOT a pump and dump some early buyers made substantial amount of money.

Even those that bought in at around 10p to 15p made some decent profits.

I'm watching these closely again for news regarding pick up in trading.
