PWhite73, What’s you agenda here, try get in cheaper for fear of lock out when big news arrives?

This one is a good hold if you can get in as low as possible then trade out on a spike, best to leave a sell order in at your desired exit level, you never know, you may get taken out, fun really 🤭

Key point technically. All about kings vs shorts for next move now. Organic volume slowing down. Over to traders to trigger.

Coldspring25 - Is it a safe and stable company or a mug pi punters downfall? It can’t be both?

It is both. Do not confuse PYC the 15 year old Oxford biotech research company with its worthless ever diluting shares listed on the AIM for mug PIs.

I don't think many expected material news but I hoped for some results which are still due. It's the ties ups that can come from this. Let's see what innovate can do today and how involved if at tall PYC may be. Something behind the rise imo. I'll take it as what Pwhite says if we go back below 6p

smcl - "but it’s still very risky and speculative"

There is nothing risky or speculative about PYC. Indeed that's the beauty of it. It's a safe stable company.

It would be good to see PYC do really well but it’s still very risky and speculative despite what some say to the contrary.

Been her for nearly 10 years so know the score. Prospects have improved but no guarantee. Here’s hoping.

Leveraging Public/Private Investment – Introducing the Precision Medicine Investment Accelerator

The UK is in a unique position to lead the Global Precision Medicine revolution through investment in key areas of business-led innovation. There is a significant unmet clinical need for accurate diagnosis of disease to inform patient management and choice of therapy coupled with a wealth of exciting and novel technology approaches in UK SMEs.

Following the successful pilot Investment Accelerator Programme last year - where Innovate UK partnered with a small group of investors to provide simultaneous grant and investment - they are very excited to be launching a similar Investment Accelerator in Precision Medicine.
Innovate UK is therefore inviting UK-based investors to partner with them to provide simultaneous grant and investment for UK SMEs operating in the field of Precision Medicine. The programme will provide 100% of the total project costs, between £500K and £1.5m, for early-stage SMEs that have real potential for growth. Innovate UK are looking for investors who in addition to capital, will accelerate growth by providing wider business skills, experience, market access and influence.

Innovate UK warmly invite you to attend their workshop in the Bourgogne Suite during BioTrinity on Weds 25th April between 14:00- 15:00 where they will launch the competition and invite investors to apply to become Investor Partners on the programme. Please join them to hear detailed technical scope and the process for applying to co-invest with Innovate UK.

Target Audience: Equity providers (including charities or trusts with a UK office) interested in partnering with Innovate UK to co-invest in UK based SMEs who are developing game-changing Precision Medicine Technologies.
