Usually cost we do in similar projects is around £1000/day so if 2 resources takes 5 months to complete then it should be around 200k ,since its first big contract so may be negotiated around 150k .This contract will transform the company

Welcome to the Premier league pyc.Eyes of the world on you now. It's not about money or the size of the contract this is about being trusted by a major, how many times does that happen to tiny mcaps. Usually never.Pyc are going to be massive. That much is clear.

The key here is that the value of the contract is for initial work on only one asset.
Big players in Oncology like Astellas (market cap 3tn yen, £20bn) can have R&D pipelines of 50 or more assets in some cases
Consider also how high the margin on each incremental contract of this nature will be and the impact on the bottom line.
