16/11/2023 08:32 | Good to see that the security section is performing better with the emphasis on groceries. If they can get some real momentum going there then PHSC's profits will dramatically increase. Staffing difficulties are not unique to them, good to see it being addressed in a positive manner. I think that end users accept some increase in costs as a fact of life these days. 8% yield at 22p, well covered, dividends increased ,will eventually be discovered by small company income Funds. I personally think that it should be trading in excess of net assets, as these results validate the goodwill and remember that the security side is valued at zero in net assets. DYOR please | lehibou
16/11/2023 07:26 | Nice increase in dividend at the interim stage Nett cash building again | ntv
12/9/2023 14:13 | I wonder if they have picked up any extra work from schools with regards to RAAC? | ntv
23/8/2023 10:45 | buyback around 85% complete in two days. I wonder if they'll extend it some more. | zangdook
22/8/2023 09:50 | They should be able to start soon, the price has been fairly stable for the last few trading days. | zangdook
16/8/2023 08:40 | imho No reason for the company to buyback if the share price is 30p | ntv
16/8/2023 07:02 | The Company have limited themselves to maximum 5% over the mid-market price over the 5 previous trading days. My reading of the RNS is if traders take the price to i.e. 30p and it remains there for 5 days the Company can pay a max of 31.5p. As always DYOR. | lehibou
15/8/2023 14:27 | perhaps speculators then. I doubt they'll do well. | zangdook
15/8/2023 14:19 | Looking like a too higher price to me | ntv
15/8/2023 13:58 | probably the company, or is the price higher than they allow themselves? | zangdook
15/8/2023 13:36 | I wonder who is buying today in the big volume? | ntv
08/8/2023 07:36 | Out from profit & bought APH | blackhorse23
08/8/2023 07:30 | I should have bought back in in anticipation of the buyback, if not the dividend hike. The MMs were on the ball this morning. | zangdook
08/8/2023 06:54 | Happy with the jump in the yield as well value hound and also the chance of another buyback The prospects of the security business certainly look better after winning another contract that will be profitable | ntv
08/8/2023 06:30 | Good results at first glance - and with a 10% yield (at 15pps). On a v.quick 'back of the envelope' calculation, I get it to be worth over 20pps, but only bought back a small amount after selling into the buyback strength in April 2022. | value hound
26/7/2023 16:59 | First tick up for a while | ntv
23/6/2023 13:29 | ditto, or at least with the results in August. | zangdook
16/3/2023 10:59 | Ouch. At the end of September they had £691k in the bank, and at the interims in November they said this: It is noted that authority was obtained at the last AGM for the Company to potentially undertake a further share buyback programme(s), however, no decision has been taken on this matter at the present time. Perhaps they will now. | zangdook
08/3/2023 08:58 | At these levels, I wonder if they'll start a new buyback. | zangdook
07/4/2022 09:25 | Same here and for the same reasons a couple of weeks ago. There may be other opportunities to buy as it's so volatile given how tiny it is for a listed co., now the buybacks have finished. | value hound
06/4/2022 13:33 | I'm out too, NTV. Useful liquidity with the share buybacks. | cjohn
20/3/2022 10:40 | I have completely sold out here Good luck to remaining holders | ntv
16/3/2022 07:38 | Lowest price paid per Ordinary Share: 26.88p yet the director sales announced in the same RNS are at 26.7p. I would have thought sales under these circumstances would have been settled directly with the company, but it seems there's still a broker taking 0.18p/share. We can see the trades going through at the two prices. | zangdook
10/3/2022 22:55 | They need to pause now and wait for the price to come back | bisiboy
10/3/2022 08:15 | Buyback is "up to a maximum of 1,961,259 Ordinary Shares or such number of Ordinary Shares as may be acquired for a gross amount of £300,000, whichever is the lower" So far they've bought back 1,175,033 shares for £285,245.20, plus costs if those are not included in the vwaps they quote. They don't say that they've finished, but they have very little more to go this time. (by my calculation) | zangdook |
