I will also write to Del Mansi. I did write to him initially in Feb as he had always been very helpful in the past. He replied at the time to say that he'd forwarded my query on to Wendy Baker at Hudson Sandler as part of a new process for dealing with IR. I shall feed back to him my/our experience of this new process which has clearly been a shambles.

I have written to the company today to ask about where the Trading Update is. Will let you all know when / if I get a reply. Agreed that it doesn't look good for the company - hardly builds trust.

No RNS as yet - very poor IR by PHTM, especially since their own website says trading update in May. Even my AIM holdings can manage to release announcements on time!
No wonder the company has a poor rating with the city.

The longer this wait for trading update goes on the more I add. I am assuming the business is doing very well of course, but given the long-term currency depreciation, and the business strategy why wouldnt it. I expect a decent special div this year also.

I agree with @gleach comments. The approach to shareholders is rather whimsical. The employees seem to be poorly treated as well

Whilst the services are useful, the company does appear to be a fiefdom run by Serge, you can form your own judgements about the qualities of the board of directors.

Well I'm expecting one next week but whether we get one remains to be seen. I imagine it'd come with a Notice of Results. They really ought to be clear with all investors though and it's most unsatisfactory to have this link from IR which ought to be reliable but which isn't seemingly in the public domain.

I haven't yet had a response from the IR contact (Wendy Baker) to my query about the website - she's responded more quickly to a couple of previous queries but it's been 3 days now. Meanwhile the website remains the same. She has twice sent me the link that I posted in 7369 - back in March I was able to navigate to it via the website menu but now the 'News' link is different and is just historic.

After being invested here for over 5 years I don't remember feeling as out of touch here as I do now. After being made CFO in August 2015, Gabriel Pirona seems to have gone from issuing trading statements in which he over-promised (Jan and Feb 2016) to keeping formal communication to a minimum.

That said, perhaps this absence of news will result in the share price being bumped out of its range (upwards) if the update is as good as hoped. I notice the share price opened at the same price as it is now on the morning of the Half Year Report (9 Dec) when the 'significantly ahead of market expectations' prediction was made for the full year.
