Tim Todd Smith (and the rest) no longer working for Phorm, and the man at the end of the phone seems to be a hot commercial bankruptcy litigation lawyer in NY.

(same phone number)

I wonder how he's being paid?

Is this dog dead yet or merely in permanent suspended animation?

Rampers do love to respond to a dog whistle.

Pity they couldn't provide any information about Phorm's cash balances or the revenue for H2 2015 and Q1 2016, or the reason why phorm.com and phluidmedia.com have closed down, breaching AIM Rule 26.

I'm a bit anxious about that "poised" finger.... where's it headed?

LSE do discipline companies for breaches of AIM Rule 26. Can't see how a fine would work though with cash-strapped Phorm. De-listing perhaps?

On 10 January 2008, the London Stock Exchange issued AIM Notice 29 as an update to AIM Rule 26 which requires all AIM companies to maintain a website containing their key corporate information.
Rule 26 was published on 20 February 2007 and there was a six month period for its implementation. This period ended on 20 August 2007 and immediately afterwards the Stock Exchange undertook an exercise to assess compliance with this Rule.

As a result of this assessment, disciplinary action for non-compliance was taken against nine AIM companies. The fines imposed totalled £95,000. Three companies appealed against the fines but none were successful.

Time to write to AIM Regulators again?

"26. Each AIM company must from admission maintain a website on which the following information should be available, free of charge..."

"It's not just you! looks down from here."

Anyone found the key that unlocks the "value" in Phorm?
If you do locate it - I think Mr Bigger is looking for it, along with "unspecified" parties. It's something to do with some mysterious IP that no one can identify publicly.

Meanwhile, back in the real world, Phorm shares have been suspended for nearly six weeks, while they have a cash crisis, and the websites at phorm.com and phluidmedia.com have been offline for a couple of days now.
Can't they even afford the GoDaddy hosting fee?
Or is it just incompetence?

Interesting to see that imarker.com is still live - with Phorm nameservers. I wonder who will be paying the renewal fees this year? Although the imarker FAQ, privacy policy and optout pages hosted on imrk.net seem to have gone offline, which doesn't look very professional. Maybe they have cash problems too?

Anyone got Phorm's H2/2016 & Q1/2016 revenue figures?
Anyone know the latest cash balances?
Anyone know how many superheroes PhluidMedia have left?

It's been dead before - although never quite as dead as this. Pass me that wooden stake Vladimir...

Companies House UK thinks PhluidMedia Inc is still breathing.

Not sure what Delaware thinks about PhluidMedia Inc. File No. 3533689 - they charge $10 for a status enquiry. I think I'll wait till Companies House UK notice the smell and report on the administration/bankruptcy/prepack.
