Company is still suspended.
Coffers are empty, loans unrepaid, half a billion in losses.
Phorm.com & PhluidMedia.com both gone offline.

Hmm. Let's extrapolate.

snip....
Are they still trying to "unlock" the value of whatever it is gullible investors think is "valuable"?
i think they need to find the right key (if one exists at phorm / phluidmedia) or get a better one coded assuming they could afford it

How long can a share remain suspended before LSE/AIM pull the plug? On their own declared figures Phorm can't be solvent enough to continue trading.

How many superheroes do PhluidMedia have left?

Where's the evidence of revenue coming in?

Are they still trying to "unlock" the value of whatever it is gullible investors think is "valuable"?

Taking into account the various loans, subscriptions etc. Phorm appear to be in very deep trouble.

Which is fantastic news.

Another gem from sparky87

It's a very simple equation please try and understand the future is bright very bright I look forward to the next revenue update

...which was so disappointing that the company has been spiralling downwards ever since, into self-suspension from AIM and a serious cash flow crisis.

Price at time of that ramping troll post - just under 5p

Result of such ramping?
Price fell precipitately to around 2p by the end of that month, until Phorm produced their next lot of marketing hype, and sacked Ertugroxson, and persuaded Bigger to cough up both some money and publish some recycled over-inflated management imaginings, which resulted in a "zoooooom" to just over 8p by mid August, but then reality (in the form of the interim results with the H1 2015 revenue figures) kicked in (again) and the share price crashed down to 1p by Feb this year with the cash balances doing something very similar.

More twaddle being pushed by BTC the way I see this stock is revenue doubling every month and costs being cut aggressively = profits.

- 16 Jul 2015 - 22:37:03 - 48790 of 51301
With costs slashed burn rate collapsing and revenue about to explode I don't think they will want much cash, expect heavy demand.

BOOM this will wake up all those sleepy fund managers who were getting tired with Kent. Expect thing to get moving VERY quickly. The U.S. Investors are aware of what they have.

BTCustomer.
I'm very happy you realise revenue will overtake spend. This creates profits and lots of them.
I expect this to happen very soon then we zoom.

(chart from 16th August 2015 all the way to suspension, looks like a downhill ski slope)

ROFL!

Troll ramps are everything to do with inflating the share price and nothing to do with the realities of Phorm's commercial viability.

Thank you for your full background info, but you are unaware of any formal complaint from anyone.
And I can't see opted in numbers dropping so it's fair to assume revenue should start to increase soon.

Oh dear. The revenue didn't increase soon - all the predictions were spectacularly disastrously ruinously WRONG - even the revised downwards ones Bigger had to issue in January last year.

Your credibility on patents and IP is zero.
Your credibility on Phorm's revenue earning capabilty is zero.
Your credibility on Phorm's ability to raise cash is zero.

Here's a question for you to dodge sparky87.

Who owns the IP in WHAT? You have been rather vague - just writing "IP". That could cover anything that the company has produced from their Health and Safety policy to the Contract of Employment for the BOD.

The Phorm Corporation (Singapore) Ltd. logo and trademark? (careful with that one)
The OCS Labs software that runs their DPI hardware?
(inside Russia, and outside Russia - you may need separate answers for those two)
The hover algorithm?
The PhD methodology?
The iMarker trademark and logo?

And what do you recckon each of those is worth on the open market?

And perhaps it might be time to find out who owns Viollette and Meditor?

We already know that the patents on their DPI/BTA tech have been rejected time and time again in multiple countries on the basis of prior art.

Phorm have yet to convince the markets and their backers that their non-DPI proposition is worth anything. It certainly can't earn revenue.

Maybe there is some special IP in NLP/Jedi mind tricks for companies to use in the early stages of their contact with both investors and governments, but it can't be worth very much, after failing to stand up to rigorous investigation in the UK, Korean, Brazilian, Romanian, Turkish, Chinese and Russian markets.

Back to the drawing board, sparky87, or should I call you "worried holder"?

Any H2 2015 revenue figures available yet?

sparky

lets put it another way, phorm have no protected IP, as all visible patent applications they have filed have been rejected due to prior art (due to double click, part of a often mentioned large search engine)

so there is nothing to stop anyone from copying a system that has consistently failed to produce the goods or any commercially viable levels of revenue

one has to wonder how many "test" campaigns actually went to commercial scale, as the information i can find via publically visible stats (its surprising what you can find) show many one offs. but i have yet to see in the stats i have any long term associations with phorm / phluid media etc

seems like the old adage, tried once and didn't like it

same pattern seems to repeat with each new operation / country they try, get some initial interest / test campaigns then it peters out and fails to fulfill promises / forecasts and the hat goes round again for more fuel for the cash incinerator when a new market is opened up with more promises

anyone know when this is going to finally die or come out of suspension?

anyone seen q4 2016 or q1 2016 revenue figures?

Who owns the IP?

The content authors - from whom Phorm steal data - own the copyright to their work. That's easy. Copying and processing copyright protected content without licence - as Phorm do - is even a criminal offence.

Much of Phorm's code is based on OpenX Adserver/Adexchange software, that's owned by OpenX Technologies, Inc.

The DPI technology is F5. That intellectual property will be owned by F5 Networks Inc.

The rest... which has been rejected many times for patent protection for lack of novelty... is clearly worth much much less than £10m (or if you prefer less than a penny a share) because otherwise Phorm would have been the subject of an acquisition. Probably because it is unlawful to operate in most if not all territories.

Given Phorm also have debts circa £10m, even selling that off probably won't help you much.

Does that help?

I'm amused to see you clutching at the "IP" straws sparky87. You've been wrong with all your other info about this company. Laughably so.

Check my previous posts about the murky financial relationships within the Phorm Group - you are a bit late to that particular party sparky87.

Did you ever find those H2 2015 revenue figures?
How's the market in Turkey?
China?
Russia?
Why are they STILL relying on loans?
I thought the cash was rolling in? (according to the rampers)
Why was Bigger $39.1m adrift in his revenue projection?

sparky87 used to boast about being a "happy holder" and claim I was trying to get the company suspended.

sparky87 - 03 Nov 2015 - 15:49:25 - 50277 of 51291
My betting is Btc is contacting every authority he can think off to get this suspended.
Cos that's the kind of chap he is

Then Phorm ran out of cash and suspended themselves!! ROFL!

Now sparky87 a very worried desperately bluffing holder?

Keep trying sparky87 - if only for the entertainment value.
