Seems to be offline - it was live on Feb 24, 2016 07:27:18 GMT.

What a coincidence that they should go offline on the day Phorm shares are suspended. I thought it was supposed to be a completely different company (albeit starting on same day that Ertugrul/Croxson left Phorm)?

You referring to Tim Smith?

I imagine at the moment they're trying to sort out the pre-pack. Trouble is - there is nothing to sell. AFAICS there aren't any intellectual property assets to sell - all Phorm's earlier patent applications were rejected on basis of prior art. What do they have that other ad-tech companies don't have - except the proven ability to lose $20m-$30m/year and provoke regulatory action?
