I suspect they keep it range bound( to an extent) for the Bed and Breakfast/ ISAs etc.

So yes indeed sportbilly1976.....with a little bit of steady buying from now we could be well on our way to 14p+

And of course on positive news??? maybe an RNS in the pipeline.....seems to get a bit of buying in advance......and the subsequent sell off.....shows me that perhaps the knowledge of an RNS coming...but not the content....only the author/s know the content!

I would like to see $25m Bond Completion followed by PFS and more "used" equipment purchases and before the end of May 2024....would restore confidence and enthusiasm....and share price to ??? is 60p too much to expect by 30th June 2024??

There was some supply around yesterday afternoon...but looks like the ISA buys at the close and this morning have seen to that.

Max 25,500 now at 12p

Given the tight range bound nature of the share price over the past 10 weeks, a breakout through 12.5p could herald a significant movement

sipp,

A few ISA transfers most definitely. Based on dummy quotes earlier - all 100k+ trades today have been buys

Any trade above 11.8p today was a BUY...(possibly? also some below 11.8)...but because they "appear" to be sells....a few have been tricked into selling around 11.75 to 11.51p.......Be aware!

Or even down to 11p now....although some are related to share/tax balancing in the new fiscal year!

Probably lying low & feeling guilty given the current SP, after his ramping and wink wink, nudge nudge posts about his discussions with board members over the past few years.

His mates on the BoD have delivered nothing and made him look a bit silly so far.

Whatever happened to Pants?
He was going to respond to the issues affecting pXC.
Perhaps he sold his shareholding or is just unwell.
I sincerely hope that he is ok.
He is well known to the board so maybe DP can advise as to his wellbeing, or maybe Pants himself might like to update us. Over to you Pants.

Indeed to an extent....yes....I "consider the share price reflects the risk /reward correctly". That is what the market is valuing PXC at!

Personally I feel 20p would be about right....but my 20p view means little at this stage....whether possibly or not right....all it does do is highlight that 12p or there abouts gets an investor a lot more shares for a modest investment...than when I was buying at 46p!

I agree we need some expectations to be delivered pronto and I think by June '24 we should be in a better place with all these 13 week hints in the RNSs!

Signing out for now until then or on prior news!

The big picture goal has been well and truly flagged or should that be flogged so yes I think any shareholder is aware of the potential and I’m a bull of copper and can see the big picture..unfortunately it’s the execution and the potential further dilution that is the concern and if they can’t get the initial project progressed then what about the big picture. Do you not consider the share price reflects the risk /reward correctly? They do not have time to plod along playing slowly slowly catchy bloody monkey without further tapping shareholder's. Might prove rather difficult unless they have delivered some key milestones. Need expected to become delivered pronto.

They got to tread carefully...it's not a big "initial project"...but when it yields the revenue to self sustain further exploration....if they get that right....that's when it will get more exciting...and faster moving! for now slowly slowly catchy monkey....it's very boring....best buy in and bottom drawer....or read and follow with the understanding of the bigger picture goal!

Blind faith..fair do’s.ive read a lot..they have delivered little. Hope that changes but so far the can just keeps getting kicked down the road.
As for secure password69..no idea what you thought you just added of any interest..but you didn’t and certainly doesn’t reflect adulthood..hope that helps.

It's really quite simple/easy....the tortoise won the race! FULL STOP.

.....by processing all cu/au/ag at once (although starting later)....and causing frustration with retail investors..(because these R.I.s choose to not "DYOR" properly to get a handle on the strategy and why apparent slipped timescales etc.) makes great sense!

.....more money/revenue will come in sooner than individual steps....and your share price should/will reflect this....when the market properly understands!

IMO if you have any further "thoughts" and "concerns" reread this post repeatedly and/or contact the BOD...even read ALL previous RNSs....and get up to speed!

...don't be surprised if your reaction leads to uncontrolled purchase of PXC....but try not to buy OTT....lol!

You are very chatty kooba - without actually adding anything of interest, or anything that us grown adults don't already know.

Now, where have we seen a poster like that before.....hmmmm......

tortoise & hare analogy?

Struggling to get that in any context around this company. They are certainly very slow at getting anywhere like the tortoise..but the tortoise didn’t burn through millions and millions of unsustainable finance getting nowhere fast..the tortoise also didn’t promise anyone they were a hare as far as I remember. Perhaps you can elaborate but coming to the conclusion they are wisely pacing themselves and will deliver is a massive stretch!

The whole ball mill purchase idea when you have no feasibility study or development funding in place let alone even having a pre feasibility study and precious little working capital in place is all rather weird..was the equity raise really just a way of raising money with most of it going towards just keeping the lights on and pay the salaries and all those advisors on the books?? The idea of buying ore processing kit when you can’t fund the development however cheap they say the kit is just appears odd..it may have a positive impact on overall funding but is surely jumping the gun to a very large extent. Maybe this is the best choreographed mine finance ever known but since they have missed just about every target and timescale ever given and have done a large discount equity raise to buy discount second hand kit … it seems unlikely as it all doesn’t stack up.

as per last RNS 2 weeks ago,

possibly waiting for the equipment (ball mills) to be finalised in purchase to do the final PFS tweek......I'm guessing this month is what Paul could mean in post 10625...

....I'm sure there are other unknowns to me to be included also???? .

It will land in due course as it always does.....evennnnnntually...lol

What information do you want? We are finalising a PFS but the regulations say we cannot publish it until it is signed off as compliant. We are 99.5% there but can’t legally say anything meaningful until be are 100% there.”

It’s been expected for a while what makes you think it will be delivered this month?
Who is completing the PFS ..is it in house or external competent folk needing to sign it off?

Copper price flying, $ weakness IMO should continue to help maintain a strong price outside of copper demand/supply issues DYOR

Yet PXC Board are still struggling getting their bond away?

They should get TKO management on board to provide some proper professional input given what they have achieved with their Florence project!! DYOR

Where is the PFS ?? 99% done several months ago waiting sign off ..and due end 1st quarter beginning of second ..so not technically overdue on the latest guidance but well overdue on any previous guidance.
Still can’t see material progress on development funding without at a minimum a PFS in place , and there is no further facility drawdown without a minimum of $25m bond funding in place. Who would put big money up to develop a project without a professional assessment of the deliverability and the economic viability in place that goes into a minimum of detail on costing. Normally one would look for a greater in depth bankable feasibility study to expect to get debt funding.
Extending options to advisors in return for nothing appears to be shuffling the deckchairs on the Titanic without there being some very material progress on all promised fronts.
The backdrop in metals prices must be a sentiment help but the economics in PFS will be based on ( 3 year?) trailing copper price , it at least but should be helping.

You would think they have better things to busy themselves with than extending options to their advisors..it is of no benefit whatsoever to existing shareholders.
There is no reason to do it apart from teasing that they might have value on that timescale. Nonsense stuff but the announcement just again shows how many mouths to feed on the company’s books..extraordinary. And the list shows some as bookrunners…just not been adjusted since the last raise.
What do they all do ???
