27/3/2024 16:39 | You would think they have better things to busy themselves with than extending options to their advisors..it is of no benefit whatsoever to existing shareholders. There is no reason to do it apart from teasing that they might have value on that timescale. Nonsense stuff but the announcement just again shows how many mouths to feed on the company’s books..extraordinary What do they all do ??? 27/3/2024 14:54 | I`m inclined to agree SB. I do believe that the deadline will be extended again to give some assurances to the brokers if any future equity raises are needed. Just makes sense. Would be good to hear though when the next rns is to be released. | klondykejohn
27/3/2024 11:39 | Can only think that the extension is being done as a favour to brokers/advisers previously involved in the fundraise at 35p... Slightly bad form to let them expire in effect tomorrow with potential news around the corner which would see them comfortably in the money Who knows...but one possible explanation. | sportbilly1976
27/3/2024 08:52 | A bit odd imo The warrants are held by the brokers/advisors but realistically would these be in the money in time, even if a decent funding package was finalised. Or will the new deadline simply be extended again? | misterd1
27/3/2024 08:06 | Think you hit the nail on the head Greyingsurfer. | paulhopeful
27/3/2024 07:19 | A bit of news for those wanting! Warrants extended to end of June. Exercise price unchanged at 38.5p! Is someone expecting an share price in excess by then? | greyingsurfer
26/3/2024 19:29 | Update on when they expect to meet a promise | juju44
26/3/2024 17:28 | Well I can think of a few things that they could say. Update on the mills as Ryan was going to inspect them. Maybe a couple of photographs. Due on site, when, as they will no doubt have to be transported to site. Update on Navarre creek. Results on latest drilling. When will drilling restart? Update on Redcastle. First Cobalt/Electra position. Update on the bond situation Still ongoing? or not What is causing the hold up? Is the AGM to be held in May and will the PFS report be available by then? Next webinar? It has been a while. Even though there may be little to report, it is always useful to hold one , once in a while. The share price is what it is and no, I do not comment here to ramp up its` value. My view is a personal opinion whereby I am disappointed by the lack of news, good or bad. Communication and interaction between the board and the shareholders is now rather spartan. No doubt that shareholders will have questions to be answered at the meeting and hopefully things will be a lot clearer. | klondykejohn
26/3/2024 13:04 | I really don't know what you expect the BoD to say? They told us recently about the equipment purchase, and the Riverford. They are still waiting for finalisation of the bonds and the PFS. What extra information do you want? It's perfectly reasonable to decide you no longer believe they will be able to get the bonds away and decide the risk reward no longer favours holding, but it's not reasonable to expect the company to keep producing "news" when there's nothing new to say, in the hope it will support the share price | greyingsurfer
26/3/2024 11:23 | Sadly, the share price seems to be on a slide. No news of any kind coming out of the BoD is not helping at all. They need to give some information out very quickly otherwise the share price will keep on sliding. Such a poor showing from the directors. I am quickly losing faith in them in being able to get the Company up and running. Even Pants has remained quiet which tells a tale. I am normally a positive person, but this Board needs shaking up as their progress is nil and I, like many other shareholders will be hanging on to shares that are well below prices that we bought in at. Silence from the Board is not golden. It is an indication that all is not well here. Huge salaries for what? This is becoming another AIM casualty. | klondykejohn

26/3/2024 10:15 | Simple end of tax year crystalising losses that's all, I added yet again, we all have choices and I took opportunity. | cromw3ll

23/3/2024 11:07 | The link suggests that if PXC can get the red stuff out the share price will fly. Probably not saying anything that most on this tread know but interesting with the Link to TESLA supply access. | colsmith
22/3/2024 09:53 | Not sure this is the same legal entity that the facility is with..seems the PXC arrangement is with RiverforT Global Opportunities PCC..this looks like a small listed venture that is now being used as a vehicle to reverse a business into. So don’t think it has any direct impact. | kooba
22/3/2024 08:22 | Presumably makes no difference to existing loan arrangements. Could it change their future approach to business? Not immediately obvious, but who knows? | greyingsurfer
22/3/2024 07:39 | What, if anything, does this mean for PXC? | bumpa33
21/3/2024 18:16 | It would be good to see some photos of the 2 crushing machines that PXC have purchased. | klondykejohn
21/3/2024 10:58 | With UK inflation dropping dramatically and nearing the BoE target of 2%, the bonds begin to look hugely attractive. Is it possible that the signatory has just been waiting for an event like this to happen? Come on, put that pen to paper and get it signed off whoever you are.!!!! | klondykejohn
21/3/2024 10:40 | kj - they could always do another placing, now they've got the hang. | bsg
21/3/2024 10:37 | There could be $100,000 due in May from Electra (first Cobalt) if they have completed their 3 year $1.5m spend on Redcastle. Who knows. Perhaps PSC would like to inform the shareholders as to what is happening with this project. Given that the ball mills will be ok and ready for action, I suppose the next step would be to acquire a couple of agitation tanks to test the bulk ATS flotation process. No doubt the Board is already searching for some cheap tanks. PXC is on a shoestring budget, moneywise, but until the bond is signed off then I cannot see any more purchases happening, unless they can strike a deal with a Company that has a redundant operation with loads of plant and equipment just sitting around gathering rust. | klondykejohn |
