01/3/2024 07:08 | you find your own shadow worrying | qazwsxedc69
01/3/2024 07:06 | So no rns confirmation of the Riverfort extension. I find that worrying. Hopefully it has been/will be done and there's a delay in communication.Donald can you confirm that as of now the deal hasn't been completed and Riverfort can convert if they want to. | boonboon
29/2/2024 19:01 | Keep up the good work Boon Boon. I wonder if you might be better off buffing up your stamp collection, or perhaps tying some trout flies rather than making a d#ckhead of yourself on ADVFN. I hope you have sold most of your shares down here. | warm norm
29/2/2024 13:34 | You couldn't make it up apparently Jeffrey wants us negative posters to apologise if the board manage to get the bond financing.Never mind them apologising for 2 years worth of delays, continually leading us on with timeframes and diluting us after saying they wouldnt do this (we can argue about what is classed as minimal dilution, but I don't think anyone would argue that dilution at 11.5p is great business). | boonboon
29/2/2024 13:00 | BTW when can we expect Navarre creek results? | boonboon
29/2/2024 12:55 | The issue with PXC is that directors and investors relations reps are giving timescales via unofficial channels which are continuously missed. With regards to Riverfort, if no announcement tomorrow we have to assume the contract hasn't been signed and therefore Riverfort have the option to convert again (even though they might not). After all the listing requirements say the company has to announce without delay a material change. | boonboon
29/2/2024 12:51 | I don't know where anyone gets the idea that I think I am more important than anyone else. The board is well aware that people expect to be updated on the RF position and are working hard on all fronts. The recent RNS said that we would update on RF and on the purchase of the plant, and that will happen. Work continues on securing the bonds and on finalising the PFS. There isn't anything of substance that can be said at the moment. All material updates will be provided via RNS, as required by regulations. The issue at DGI9 is completely different. Anyone investing in any trading company accepts certain risks. The problem at DGI9 is that they allowed a single investment to derail a diversified investment trust. So they failed in their primary duty, which was to diversify. The issue at Phoenix, as with almost every company in the sector, is not a failure to diversify, but the fact that mining is a long term, capital intensive business, and the price of capital rose sharply and the availability of capital diminished just as fast shortly after covid. The company is trying to navigate that storm. | donald pond
29/2/2024 12:27 | No signature because no pen | deuchar
29/2/2024 11:44 | Fest, It is a worded criticism of the Board of DGI9 and their investment trust and their decision to invest in a company, the effect of which (due to the debt the acquired entity had) was to destabilise DGI9 to the extent it now has to carry out an asset firesale. Focus is on corporate governance and (management) gross incompetence. | sportbilly1976
29/2/2024 11:40 | How much is Donald Duck getting paid? Shareholders pay the wages and should be told. He surely likes to build up his part, and like people to think he’s important. One of the most common words to describe someone who thinks they are more important than someone else is arrogant. | trader465
29/2/2024 11:40 | Not on Twitter, what does it say please? | festario
29/2/2024 11:27 | Donald has the audacity to write this, but continues to support and be paid by PXChttps://twitter.c | boonboon
29/2/2024 10:55 | Agree - yet as they keep saying, being able to and actually converting are different things...and we are told Riverfort are comfortable (currently) to not convert But i agree, the uncertainty needs clearing. | sportbilly1976
29/2/2024 10:49 | They have to announce as soon as the contract is signed. No announcement means the contract tomorrow means the contract hasn't been signed and again creates uncertainty as Riverfort will be able to convert. | boonboon
29/2/2024 10:37 | boonboon, the prior one wasn't announced on the day but was in essence extended | sportbilly1976
29/2/2024 10:10 | So if we don't get an rns tomorrow I'd assume that the Riverfort extension has failed and there is the potential for them to convert. | boonboon
29/2/2024 07:31 | Now where did I leave that blasted pen! | trader465
29/2/2024 07:28 | The 1st of March is tomorrow. | boonboon
29/2/2024 07:10 | So no news today then. Surely it has to come tomorrow either a confirmation of completion or to say they've failed as as of tomorrow Riverfort can convert again. | boonboon
28/2/2024 15:50 | Yes, but politically the environment is/ has changing and probably the most mining friendly in years. The fact that it’s brown field will also accelerate. Traditionally it has been a sloth like journey to approval though. | rabiddog
28/2/2024 15:24 | Granted I can't big up Ars as the share price is on it's Ars on steroids, but they've done everything right from a technical standpoint. Regarding risks you know some real G's in the game say the US is the toughest place to permit a mine right.....right? LoL ! How many mines have been permitted in the US recently? Just imho and DYOR! | bradshaw980
28/2/2024 13:49 | I guess the top quality feasibility study for Ars was a bit like putting a state of the art propeller on the Titanic ..lol. Fair point but I prefer the risks here. | rabiddog
28/2/2024 13:11 | Still waiting for Navarre creek results. | boonboon
28/2/2024 13:00 | I'm expecting or hoping this pre feasibility study is a quality bit of work put together by a well respected engineering firm with suitable experience! I hope it's not some kind of in house study they did themselves, for example KEFI on their Saudi project put out a one page PFS obviously lacking in detail with a fanciful almotv80% IRR ROFLMFAO. I'm expecting the likes of Asiamet's 2016 PFS which was a fully downloadable almost 400 page document which would take the average aim pleb a literal lifetime to read as they simply wouldn't read ut all. Innit. All imho not any advice whatsoever and FFS DYOR! | bradshaw980 |
