Looking like that Plus the whole debt ceiling crises in the US isn't going to help as lenders have many high yield alternatives

"Marcus Edwards-Jones, Chairman has significant experience in global institutional capital
raisings. MD of Lloyd Edwards-Jones S.A.S. a Paris and Dubai-based finance boutique
specialising in selling equities to institutional clients and advising resources companies."

From the corporate presentation. Well connected BODs. Agree that the bonds are likely to be sorted, either fully or a significant proportion of the $80m. If the imminently expected news lands, the share price will double rapidly.

Interesting that PXC tweeted a WSJ article from 2nd May on 22nd May at 16:24hrs. Especially as they have been so quiet of late, trying to pull everything together. Fingers crossed for the morning, but with no inside knowledge. I'm just adding 2 plus 2 etc...

1. Annual report due next week.
2. AGM within the 1st 2 weeks of June.
3. Jeffrey Temple from 15th May:"And I agree, that if, or rather when, the BoD deliver, as I expect them to do very shortly, I think our discussions and our opinions will be completely different" I don't know JT personally, but I have read and listened to him on PXC, and I think he is well informed.
4. Donald Pond from 16th May: "I have nothing to add. Trying to get the bonds finalised has been a very frustrating process, and I can't really say more than to refer you to RW's previous comments. As soon as one of the options the company is exploring either pays up, or it becomes clear that none of the options will happen, the market will be informed. The board are still very confident, but it is what it is!!". Donald is well informed.
5. Recent RW Comments are posted already on ADVFN - he must be totally in the picture.
Trek's recent (this week) posts on PXC are always worth a read, particularly the one starting with "My 10K buy shows as a sell".

I think the board have been incredibly busy with many spinning plates. I've researched as best I can and my perception is that we are on the cusp of major news (ATS due too, as well as NC drilling in June", don't forget the Digbee A) and the free float is small. Money placed. Dry powder at the ready. Waiting with more expectation than worry. DYOR & GLA.

I've been re-reading the 24.03.23 RNS in which it is said "The company expects to publish the 2022 audited annual report and accounts towards the end of April, with a view to calling the 2023 Annual General Meeting during May". Clearly, this timetable has slipped, which one would have thought is because of the interaction with the long-tabled bond issue. We really need an update ASAP to clarify matters.

Well, KDJ, now is a good time to buy. It's so cheap, my 22.39 buy appears as a sell. Results should be next week, and a positive AGM on the horizon. At least, I hope so as all has gone quiet. Which I'm think is a prelude to excellent news flow once everything falls into place. DYOR.

I've not had my knuckles rapped by the board. There is just no news to report, and nor will there be until funding is either finalised or the board believes it won't happen. At present they are confident it will happen in the very near future. But since I was appointed to assist with investor relations I have played with a very straight bat. The AGM will be next month and everything needs to be resolved by then, for obvious reasons.

Judging by the raft of selling this morning, best get ready for the next set of bad news.I guess ATS isn't the success wished for and probably no sign of Bond finance.Difficult to remain even slightly positive with a company that has delivered sweet FA in the last 18 months. Talk a good job though!!

News should be soon one way or the other.

I noticed the PXC head of Investor Relations a.k.a Paul de Gruchy isn't using his Donald Pond twitter account to pump forthcoming news on the financials being in place.

Either we are doomed or the prat had his knuckles rapped by the BOD from doing it the last time.

Either way, there must be some resolutions this month, be it ATS results or financials are finally in place. Maybe both, to kickstart the share price upward movement.
So frustrating that we are in a quiet period
