27/3/2023 18:46 | Please provide a list of previous mines this team has got into production, previous offloads/liquidity events, or any resource estimates attributed. Thanks. | bradshaw980
27/3/2023 18:33 | Are you labelling me a troll? | mufprat
27/3/2023 18:10 | You can spend a long time with lenders (particularly banks) doing due diligence You don't actually spend that long negotiating HoT and getting those credit approved (subject to DD) We are at the first stage That's struggling to raise funds, not things going just a bit slow because lenders are painful on dd | williamcooper104
27/3/2023 17:57 | So, they amended the terms of the bond because of feedback from potential investors, no? That would mean that it will be placed in full very short term on the back of the increased terms, no? | orhlsw7
27/3/2023 17:27 | So the traders are offloading shares making PXC a bear. The rest of the 90%+ shareholders are not budging. They believe that funding is going to happen. Once traders have finished then the share price will rise again. In the meantime, the board will continue to get those bonds in place. This is a very experienced board with a deep knowledge of what is required to get this company into production. If anybody has doubts about them then just give them a call. They will answer any concerns you have. Don`t put them down without evidence and all you doubters who are acting like trolls should get clear evidence to back up your claims, not conjecture.. The easiest way to beat people manipulating the market is to refuse to sell. Traders will always act to benefit themselves so beat them at their own game. | klondykejohn
27/3/2023 17:01 | They could have done a massive placing when share price was over 60p (at least pay for large part of construction)..... Fortunes a little similar to ARS in that they seem unable to get a 'starter pit' into production.... HZM had a good share register maybe in future that's something to follow more closely? | sos100
27/3/2023 16:56 | What a collapse thanks to their inability to get funds despite what they constantly said . Never believe AIM managements | juju44
27/3/2023 16:46 | If mgt don't sort this out pretty quickly we could be trading in single figures. Credibility slipping away by the day. | soulsauce
27/3/2023 16:28 | I agree with you misterx. The frequency of 50k sales every few minutes or so would suggest that someone is definately playing the shorting game. Over 2m shares batched up and sold off within the last few days suggests that there are shares to be had WC104. Where there is a sale, there is a pot created. Turn the screw and make a profit. Allow the doomsayers to get involved and you have your profit. Classic. The majority of shareholders though will sit tight and wait for the return of a higher share price and decent news flows to begin. | klondykejohn
27/3/2023 16:28 | you keep on spouting the same nonsense Brad...or have you got oldtimer's. Sure you tell me why there is no FS? dig deep into the memory part of your grey matter? lol | sipptrader88
27/3/2023 16:22 | Dec future at just over $4 if China doesn't crash looks like good value | williamcooper104
27/3/2023 16:10 | Except there's no shares to borrow Apart from that........ | williamcooper104

27/3/2023 15:59 | You can bet your bottom $ certain city scumbags are shorting this, when they achieve their target (it's close) they will reverse positions and the share price will recover ground. #knowthegame | m1sterx
27/3/2023 15:47 | What’s going to happen in the next 3 months that couldn’t have happened in the last 12 months Those last 12 months being considerably easier to raise funding in than the next 3 That's not really true. The announcement of the intended bond issue was made last summer. At a time when interest rates were very low, and had been for years. That all changed soon afterwards. The recent RNS is an acknowledgement that rates are now higher. You can interperet that as being the result of discussions and negotiations with the potential investors we have been told about, in which case it could indicate that finalisation of the bonds could be close. The alternative view is it's an attempt to get negotiations moving, in which case what happens is much less certain. We're just going to have to wait and see which it is. I'm tending to the optimistic view, and bought some more at just over 21p on Friday. My last top up was at 25p in Dec, and the share price promptly moved up to the mid 40s. I don't claim any special psychic influence on the SP, but I think it's perfectly possible something similar could happen again :-) | greyingsurfer
27/3/2023 15:11 | Whilst someone is downsizing, there have been 2 decent buys this afternoon. 35k and 70k. Just goes to show that someone out there has confidence enough in the company and the board to get in on the act whilst the share price is at this low level. Others will follow suit IMO | klondykejohn
27/3/2023 14:39 | There is nothing to merge! This is a very marginal project and will take millions and millions to drill out properly. There is a reason why no mid tier or major has looked at this before | orhlsw7
27/3/2023 14:15 | I know of a decent gold play in Chile that needs a listing. Decent intersections and grade. When PXC becomes a shell in the next three months we can have the Chileans vend in their project. New project, new management and a way forward for the shareholders | orhlsw7
27/3/2023 14:11 | If investors feel (as is likely) that this is a huge opportunity but that the current management team like the ability to finance it (as increasingly seems likely) Then rather than slowly bleed the company away to a hedge fund; or worse enter into an onerous loan than hands the keys eventually to creditors Why not pressurise the board to put the company up for sale and/or find a well capitalised merger partner Don't wait till last moment - remember serius minerals...... | williamcooper104
27/3/2023 14:11 | I still believe that it is one large shareholder who is reducing his holding for whatever reason. Once this person is out of the picture then things will calm down again. The doomsters, many of whom are not shareholders need to stop posting negatives on this site. You don`t own shares so your comments are rather spurious and should be taken with a pinch of salt. Better still, should be ignored completely. This board will succeed and bring PXC into production in the near future. There is no point in purchasing bonds until the results of the TS/Au are known and permitting is completed. It just doesn`t make sense in having money sitting in the bank accruing interest charges until the final go ahead is resolved. If this goes into Summer then so be it. | klondykejohn
27/3/2023 14:06 | They missed the boat . Off with their heads | juju44
27/3/2023 14:04 | What's going to happen in the next 3 months that couldn't have happened in the last 12 months Those last 12 months being considerably easier to raise funding in than the next 3 | williamcooper104 |
