I respect your right to be negative, and maybe with justification.

But let’s get the money in place, order the long-lead items and work towards permit.
It will happen when it happens, but it will happen.

It just comes down to your own personal timelines and motives.

You’re clearly smart and well researched. There’s no need to keep bashing.
Invest or not. We’ve all taken our positions, and hopefully will be handsomely rewarded over time.

The SX-EW plant should be considered a long lead time item IMHO. You can't call up your local builder as it needs specialist design, engineering and construction! All imho DYOR!

I’m expecting an RNS in the next couple of days, maybe as early as tomorrow.
Guessing, but this might containing current state of play, AGM announcement (it’s usually end of March / early April), an indication of our path forward, long-lead item requirements, maybe even some initial feedback on the ATS.
I think the company is aware of the clamour for information.

Paul has indicated in Telegram that the company will release something soon and my thinking is this week.

The AGM will be interesting if there nothing concrete disclosed.

Mufprat, some deliveries were indeed over 12 months, at the time that the statement was made. But much of that was down to Covid. Normality is now resuming, so expect manufacturing times to be much more like historic normal.

If my memory is correct DP stated at the investor presentation that some mining equipment had extremely long delivery lead times of approx one year. DP latest bad news post states that this equipment won't be ordered until the permitting process is finalised which in itself is also delayed by the metallurgical work (until who knows when).All of that seems to indicated the 2023 production target will definitely be missed. Obviously the latest banking crisis is draining the markets (FTSE has lost best part of 10%) but PXC's inability to complete anything on time is obviously the major factor. Anyone who thinks otherwise is an ostrich.

The metallurgical test work is an iterative process and we have no firm deadline for completion. The labs originally guided for end q1/start q2 but the time it has taken to get last summer's assays back might push that back a little. It is anticipated that the results will be final, in the sense they will enable the permitting application to be finalised and submitted and for plant with a long lead in time to be ordered. In reality whatever process we go with, the team will always be looking to improve it, so it may be final but is never complete.The company is aware that it is important to update shareholders and will do so as soon as possible

Investingisnteasy: some folk on a few boards have hinted that a revenue stream this year might be from something other than Empire. What is the rumour? Asking as I can't see a hint of it anywhere, unless it's from the 2 cobalt resources. I'm not asking for proof: I just want to know what the hints might be about. ATB.

I've read more of the technical report than you mate, guaranteed!! But it's not a feasibility study. Let's wait and see. Taking a position before all met work is released is a big no no for me, especially a skarn deposit steeply dipping on the side of a mountain ! Don't come at me with research boy, I'm the best mining analyst in the land IMHO....DYOR LOL !!

I’ve said before, we will get a revenue stream this year but the initial revenue won’t come from Empire.

Let’s get finance in place and then go from there.
