Well one thing's for sure dona and that is that the purchasers of 800k @ 48p (£384,000)and 373k @ 48p (£179,000) are not likely to be speculators.

Sweet, even though MM's don't have any stock (5k max orders being filled). This rise is all on the mopping-up during this week. There's no new news around as far as I can tell. Anyone ??

Its going up big time, just accumulate and be patient.

Classic example this morning of what i was saying about the stock not hanging around. The small sells over the past few days just mopped-up > 28,600 @ 45p. When the small sellers dry-up (and we can't be far off now) Then, as I've advised here before about our CEO knowing all the large holders and they're not sellers, the only way is up baby.

Thanks hvs,In many respects I'm glad that small holders are selling at maybe near bottom. the stock doesn't hang around for long but as I've mentioned before, there is little interest from the major shareholders in supporting the share price which they could easily do. Holding this stock will be about regular and increased dividends in my view unless the major holders (Nick Roditi & Steve Wayne) decide to generate some institutional interest by parting with some of their holdings. I was in touch with our CEO last week. Things are going well. hold.

I used to think that Market Makers came in for a lot of unfair criticism. But look at the spread on the two trades on Friday. (the 15k was mine btw)

hvs, yes. But the problem is that Nick Roditi and Steve Wayne hold 65% of the stock between them and therefore the Company is considered to be a meal ticket (dividend) for the two of them, hence no interest. I don't know what happened to what i heard about RAB Special Situations taking a stake back in April this year. having said that, I had heard that Sizeler Property Services (NYSE SIZ)were also sniffing but nothing came of it. Have a good weekend mate.
