From the Rights issue docs dated 18 April 2005 . "Jensen Group Holdings has undertaken not to sell the Ordinary Shares allotted to it for two years, EXCEPT IN CERTAIN SPECIFIED CIRCUMSTANCES" Ok I know that RAB are busy with the Fortress IPO but is it fair to keep selling into the market to keep the price down to the agreed 50p buy-in?

I'll be amazed if we're not beyond 70p by Mid April (year end results), hence me now being fully invested. What a blessed man I am, didn't expect to get so many sub 50.

I must say, Eirk, you give the impression that our just rewards are to be delivered about 18 months before I had in mind. Maybe RAB will be the first trigger a little sooner than near completion of the St P project.

If last weeks rumour about RAB ssf looking to further diversify their fund portfolio into Moscow property is to be considered then we should see a bit of serious upward here(well, St Petersburg is not far away) and elmfield your mates @ RUS could benefit from the speculation. I'm fully loaded now.

You got to wonder if the 54 is in fact a sell, in which case this is being held down and is about to pop, either way strange but nice!!

Market makers obviously now have the stock they didn't have yesterday. I thought the seller had finished but a 25k sell will show up later today or tomorrow.
