The RNS could have been worse I suppose. In discussions to extend the term and sure might as well pile on a little more debt while they're at it. I'd feared Max was going to seize the assets so, as I said, could have been worse.

Good luck with AMER. Made a few shillings there back in the day, but moved on into other things these days - in no particular order of merit:

AEX, CORO, ECHO, ENQ, HUR, JIM, ORM, PVR, RBD, SGZ, SOU, and, top of the shop, SQZ.

PTR still sits right at the back of the bottom drawer in 13th place 😒

I'm assuming Petrogrand have extended their loan as it's due to expire today! share price slowly eroding away,like my faith,on no news. Let's see what early 2019 brings us.

Heads up for next year AMER, it's going to be a busy one!! No advice intended.

Petrogrand loan matures 31/12/2018, we must have an update in the next couple of weeks imo in respect of this or is a bad news rns going to be hidden over xmas. I'm finding it difficult to put a value on the company with what's going on. I've always said "value will out", not so sure now ☹️ Best of luck all in this tough market.

Not 100% sure on timing off hand ! but EME saved my PTR Bacon ! and I have multibagged since moving my PTR over. indeed it did retrace BUT fundamentals still stand. Now looking forward to steady rise again ! we have serious hope or more importantly assets unlike things as they seem here.Anyway that's just my story. I'm happy I'm out but wish all well here what ever happensGLA

DF is finally shuffling off into his funded retirement. I hope he is not relying on his PTR shareholding to keep him in the style his salary has made him accustomed to.Expect a sale of the 'assets' at a knockdown price is on the cards now.

Quite an achievement there, Hang ten, when one considers that EME's share price is worth less than half of what it was 24 months ago. It has plummeted in the timeframe you refer to.

I jumped ship here 20 months ago at a big loss but re invested in EME which recouped all my losses and went on to multibag x 3. There still remains major oppertunity to do the same therw again ! if you have not already been put off investing in this business ! GLA and to Mr Francis!

Oil will buy it. It's a fiver to them.

The asset is dead.

If it was so great, they would want to firesale.

Oil india and Natlata were supposed to solve the issue...they've actually caused it more issues.

Ptr should have sold up years ago.

The directors are all old and just waiting to cash in and retire.


Why are they not buying any shares?

There are looking to sell both assets...without even finding a new asset to buy.

Why did Natlata hire the business development employee...why is he stillgetting paid long with the other directors?!

Natalata killed this company and lost millions ouch!

It's like selling your house and not having another to move into?

I no doubt our esteemed old BOD will continue to do what's in their best interests. The mere mention of taking salary in PTR shares nearly caused a few cardiac arrests.DF has his retirement plan and it stretches well out into the 2020's, it is called 'PTR salary'
