Oil India very much involved with operational plan, ongoing drilling and seismic analysis, absolute focus on increasing output, RNSs every approx 6 weeks on drill and result updates. Overall i take confidence from oil India's close involvement and the plan outlined.

Could be a RRL style rerate? Mkt cap is still low here.

From couple of weeks ago. So lots of news flow coming and if it's good!!

"We have a planned multi-well drilling programme. The initial well in the programme is the Tungolskoye No. 5 well. We are also commencing a major seismic programme which will shape the future direction of our drilling activity. We look forward to updating shareholders with the results of this exciting drilling and seismic over the coming months."

Debt free and two wells being drilled. Production being upped. It's a recovery story, especially if the Arbuzovskoye development wells increase production as they should.

Tungolskoye No. 5 well with respect to producing in 2015.

toon - in windows 7 IE 11 , the Safety feature (from the keyboard "Alt"+"S") brings up a dropdown menu. I selected "do not track" & "tracking protection" though don't use Firefox and only use Chrome for Gmail. So long as the flag counter works, that's all I was concerned with. I can go on the website if I want to see anyway.

The motion to lift the BOD ability to 'sell' new equity makes me nervous.
If the intention is to do a deal in the near future and paying for it by issuing shares at the current levels it seems like madness.I along with others (excluding Db of course) have been critical on the BOD.The reckless manner in which they previously spent and borrowed has caused a lot of people to loose large sums. DF has been a substantial shareholder and so has suffered a large loss on paper albeit that he has drawn a salary as a director.
The last few fund raising efforts by PTR were done in dire circumstances and in not the most fair and open manner.

To sum up I hope motion 6? gets tuned down!

Off topic, recently turned on some privacy features in Windows which wasn't previously aware of. As a result, I seem to be getting less focussed advertising, but the flag counter in the header is blocked from my view on this and other boards. Can anyone else see it?

sean. I would agree with you we need to see some price action but the way the BOD treat this as though its a private little fiefdom purely for own benefit.

Well lets see how the AGM votes go, if there are not many votes cast against the BOD we know Nats singing from the same hymnsheet (which maybe one the great unwashed are not party to).
The Company needs just to get on with the day job of drilling and pumping.Increases in both of these activities will ultimately get the comapny to a better place and the share price to be multiples of the current distressed levels.

See Maxi's representative is in Dublin this morning, thinking is that resolutions 1 to 5 pass 6 & 7 hopefully voted down & 8 will probably go through.I.M.O

I remember db's posts at the time of the massive placing. I was also inside at the time, but did not participate in the end.

I also remember his more recent share price predictions come the announcement of the farmout. Something like 10p-12p when announced and 20p by year end I seem to recall?

db is a stooge for the company. He has mailed me privately with information in the past which shows he is in the know and must have personal connections with senior staff at PTR.

SteelI had thought it was Schlumberger but my understanding is that the horizontal drilling had US companies expertise being used.Not trying to be hostile just feel its relevant.Met an FAA person who covers Europe and he confirmed Russia is off limits at present.The vertical results on T5 might cheer the share price up a bit but the horizontal could be the real livener if successful.VGLTA

I continue to be mystified by people wanting to give this incapable and excuse ridden management team more time. Why compare the performance of this company to ones with inferior performance, why not focus on management teams in the sector who are more successful, achieve far more and actually create that weird emotion of confidence in their shareholders? Sorry to say it but there area many far more capable boards out there.

DbaRR0n. Just pointing out what a real fool looks like with some stupid misleading statements which a number of people accused you of doing at the time so you had great sources of info did you that allowed you to make such statements did you? You have the cheek to call people fools!

Anyway the main thing is we all want the share price (that's shareprice DbaRR0n for your info):) just in case you didn't know, anyway the problem or differing views is how do we achieve this I'm not sure the present incumbents are capable of doing so and some of you have a blind loyalty all the way down from 60P to 5p, strange that but I think its called Stockholm syndrome.
