If the share price moves upwards in the next week then the news will be positive as this has always been a leaky ship when it comes to any news.

I would hope the update fleshes out the potential in Cheremhanskoye. That appears to be a real gem and given its 90pc owned a really exciting and scalable opportunity. I would imagine the results and reserves come out together - the management commentary is going to be really interesting and I am looking for detail around what our current run rate cash flow is at these levels. It hopefully looks really good. I would also hope that there is some detail around Oil India and Licence 61 as they will need to invest alongside us to get the assets moving. Eyes out for Emtorskaya

My money is on the resource update being nearer the end of this month as stated previously by PTR. In any event if it is good the share price should move up as there is no real quantity of shares not held by long term holders.

Paying down debt with shares does conserve cash for field and production development.
I hope we hear more on this and more in the nexxt update.

I guess the question is, will it all be converted? Most of the convertible is with insiders now. Comes back to - what is the optimal capital structure for the company in this high oil environment when you look at potential drilling activities etc.

I wish the company could just pay off the convertible loans in raw cash. I feel irritated by the headline dilution - there is another 86 million shares to be added at this rate.

Any sort of decent update will drive the share price at a fair rate of knots as there is no 'free' float of shares available.
