Any idea of potential bid prices? What a week - plenty of day traders but this price action is unbelievable- surely it’s not just a few PIs pushing it up- why no short reduction!! (Perhaps averaging up- does that need reported?)

Just means Pre , they can restructure as they wish , plus integration , flexibility , speed, and they can decide how to offset debt according to their book and their strategyConversely , Post , it's fixed , they know exactly what they are buying and debt is accounted for, and it is very clear. Although if you done the due diligence why not pre , depends if flexibility over fixed and if there is a suitor , their structure and financial position.
