looks like wv have got a bargain , it could have been very different if the bod had worked with them at the start , complete control of a listed company at a very cheap price.... what happened to bod's looking after shareholder interest ?

Fatty is for the compost heap! Worldview will fight any "Golden Parachute" but he will likely make off with a decent pile. Wee Tom is collaterally damaged but I know of one company who would welcome him as a Non Exec.

It's still debt at present need to get it converted to equity if another bid comes in things change , worldview have only bought a percentage of the debt let's see how it plays out

rally, this is exactly what Afren shareholders thought though

if the debt is £80m and the market cap is £20m, then the company is 80% owned by the debt holders

believing that the equity holders are somehow special in the company structure is a mistake
