Doesn't mean a go-ahead but project still alive one supposes

In what it is terming as the “Proper EGM”, Petroceltic’s largest investor, Worldview, has
confirmed this morning that it has posted notice to shareholders of an EGM to take place in
London on October 5th. It is convening the EGM with respect to: (i) the company’s proposed
$175m bond; and (ii) the company’s current unlimited borrowing powers.
At separate EGMs last Monday, which sought to address the above, none of the resolutions
passed. The first EGM dealt with proposed changes to the company's Memorandum of
Association and to adopt revised Articles of Association, including to limit existing borrowing
powers. The resolution at the second meeting was to "not approve of any sale or disposal of
any assets by the company or any of its subsidiaries, where such assets would represent
25% or more of the company's revenues, profits or reserves unless the prior approval of the
company's members in a general meeting is first obtained". In addition, the Board of
Petroceltic recommended that borrowing be limited to $650m, relative to a current HSBC
facility of $500m, and that was voted down.
Given a clear breakdown in the lines of communication and a situation that is
rapidly bordering on farce, we would anticipate a subsequent response from
Petroceltic in light of the EGM held in the past few days.

I fear it is going to take something fairly powerful to move Big Brains fat a*se off the comfortable and outrageously remunerated chair at PCI.
The man has no shame and Wee Tom has been made to look like a small puppet sitting in his lap.

Petroceltic cant do anything with the Gas they have never-mind looking in over the ditch at their neighbors field.
Its all wishfull thinking while this keep going lower and lower

Has anyone found a graphic showing both ENI's Zohr find and PCI's North Port Fouad licence. I know they are adjacent but it would be reassuring to see it graphically.
