It really shows your lack of knowledge in MATD. I'm talking about the PC deal, and they have been bragging about it since 9 years ago.

However, nothing ever materialized aside the verbal agreement of using the PC storage tanks.

Buck was adamant that they were looking for a JV with PC.

Remember MATAD had open their seismic data room for external access? Sadly no one were interested. To date PC has not expressed one bit about a JV. It just Mike talking out of his backside all these years.

Going forward, MATD needs to drill multiple Heron wells but no mugs will be willing to fork out millions.

Perhaps a large fundraise or MATD will seek the death spiral finance Bergen once more?

1.5billion shares in issue but that doesn't stop Buck from further diluting shareholders shares

Tel, once production is commenced the price will rerate. Don't worry about trolls or naysayers, if they don't like it who's making them stay? Too many games being played here and elsewhere. You just have to look at GGP, GFM and others to see it. The trolls came over from GFM and tried to destroy the GGP BB. I won't be surprised if they try here as well.

I disagree with the thesis, production of heron 1 will generate cash and confidence that the company can deliver oil production in Mongolia. It's down to pushing Heron 1 over the line by any means possible before the winter shut down. Clocks ticking, come Mtad, get that connection done and the well producing.

I do feel sorry for the gullible punters here.

What MATAD and the rampers haven't mentioned, is that for any major re-rate the company needs to produce an adequate amount of oil to see an uplift on the balance sheet as well as the share price

To do that, MATAD needs to drill 10-20 wells. It took them 5 years and they haven't achieved 1 producing well.

Heron 1 success or not, it won't be enough to maintain the company expenses + future operations. Buck will continue to raise funds to chase Heron 2, Heron 3, Heron 4 etc...

It will be a never ending case of share dilution.

I won't be surprised to see the share price finishing in the red on next RNS.

Well then, let me ask you Solaris, what value has Mr Buck created for shareholders in last 9 years?

The share price has dropped from 30p to now 2.5p!

I repeat, Heron 1 oil discovery was in 2019, it is near 2025 and they still haven't bought the well online.

Instead, they messed about with Gobi Bear, raised another few millions, just for what appears to be another duster?

The share is diluted to heaven with 1.5billion shares in issue. Its unlikely to multibag. Not with what MATAD has got.

A few BOPD just won't cut it. I expect Gobi a duster, and Heron 2 a flop. They're really left with Heron 1.

So what's next, a further raise to chase the next rainbow?

For those who were wondering if production operations can continue during the winter months. I have had an email from the company to confirm that production will not be hampered by adverse weather:

We can confirm that production operations do continue through the winter months.

Past excuses that had caused delays for your reference:
-missing legal document
-drilling crew visa issues
-local environmental protestors
-mongolian government paperwork mix-up
-border closure from COVID lockdown
-huge backlog of orders causing delays
-drill equipment order book full

Perhaps this time Buck will blame Petrol China for not readying the off-take agreement, and that their oil tanks is full so Heron operation delayed until there is room.

@solaris.....it's the installation which requires workable weather conditions.That's why they are against the clock to start the oil flowing. I am pretty sure that we are going to see an escalation in the Middle East, which ultimately will lead to higher oil prices.So, if we get lucky and have 1200/1400 bopd over 2 wells total, that's going to yield some nice income for us and a better long term charge of affordable future expansion .Harva, let us not count the Feathered friends before they are hatched :)

Some people appear to think the pump jacks (nodding donkeys) cannot operate in extreme winter conditions and therefore MATD will cease production for a few months this winter.

'The pumps operate 100% of the year, the only condition that will stop them working is a breakdown of a component. The Integra units operate in extreme conditions +40 in the summer to – 30 in the winter. Special applications have been developed to make sure the Pump Jack continues production no matter what'.

Well he has 3 weeks to get production started on heron 1. Not long to succeed or fail. Heron 2 is the interesting one, high cos, again only a short time to know if it will be a producer or a duster.

Heron oil discovery was in 2019! We are almost 2025.

What's Buck next excuse lined up to prevent production?

Perhaps frozen machinery, or maybe missing paper work, or further protesting from the locals, or the Mongolian government have made a mistake with the re-classification?

Take your pick. I refuse to believe what Buck says.

It's more about the judgement on Mr CEOs character.
He blew millions on dusters and took fund raises as granted.

Rather than focusing on Heron, that guy goes for more gimmick. Gobi was totally unnecessary, then there were the sustainable green energy project.

The dude just plucks ideas out of his a®se with no clear strategy.

Don't forget the last raise were unethical too. Again it was unnecessary, that guy gamble PIs money on a 15% COS.

The market doesn't trust him hence the share price finished red.
