Yes will take a few weeks to work it through. Be interesting though, as prospect looks decent and on balance favours a positive outcome with material upside as far as I can tell , with this now funded for immediate future. But in very speculative category for me.

Fundraise seems a sensible move though the discount will be galling for long term holders. That said it was flagged by their house broker earlier this month they would need to raise cash in the market no great surprise.

ZooRE: Early Q2Today 08:53Had this reply off PM when i asked them to clarify the last RNS before i had read the bottom section of the RNSThank you very much for your query.The outstanding technical issues relating to the Plan of Development have now been addressed by the Company and members of the Mineral Resources Professional Council (MRPC) signed off on these clarifications.The Company is making the necessary but minor amendments to the Plan of Development documentation in parallel with the MRPC finalising its conclusion. The formal application for award of the Exploitation Licence has been submitted to the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry and after review and approval by the relevant departments, the Licence award will be formalised in a ministerial resolution.
