ADVFN financials wrong. In round numbers now 900m shares @ 3.5p = Mkt Cap of £31.5m surely cheap for a company with a discovery that just has to be brought on line with plenty of exploration potential and next to Petro China who would probably snap the company up if the chance came.

3.5p is clearly a good price given market has now fallen BELOW placing price.

zangdook, yes.........basically they have made Heron "assured".......so now with that done they must try to raise the "exploration" funds now.......hoping people are willing to buy in as Heron is bolted on from current funds........

EG those if all the exploration fails, they have the money to develop Heron so you get your 3.5p back.

Average down or top up time?
I got at below placing price.
Can't understand why placing price wasn't 5p.
That would make more sense.
Interesting how soon price will rise above placing.

So the placing funds work projected for mid-2022, but work for Q4 2021 requires additional money?

BUT.......if you look at the timescales, there is going to be another big fundraising soon to fund the 3D Seismic and exploration drills.

So until that next fund raise is done, I cannot see the share price going anywhere.

Big old discount there..........obviously a lot of people from the last 10p placing wanted a big average down.......so got a really cheap 3.5p placing this time to get their averages down.....imo :)
