01/3/2011 12:35 | anyone had a chance to read the 450 page doccument ? | currypasty
27/2/2011 11:03 | ogill - 26 Feb'11 - 18:07 - 3192 of 3202 You both sound like very emotional people, perhaps you should not be buying shares . I buy to make money and try to remain detached , its working for me. We shall wait and see who gets it right. .................... You buy to make money? You aer fooling yourself if you think you will make money here! The management have valued it at 2.5p - are you in below 2.5p? Look at the charts! Every one of the worthless Clontarf Rd stock is suffering from the 'Grand old Duke of York' virus - The management and the false rumour mongering bb rampers working with them - ramped them up to the top of the hill and they fell back down again in every case! Horgan is on record as saying that he knew investors who made £1m out of trading Clontarf Rd shares because they knew when to buy and sell! I wonder if the MPs in the now disgraced and defeated FF political party in Dublin who held shares in Clontarf Rd stock were among those in the know? | pat mustard irl
26/2/2011 21:13 | THE BASIC FACTS 1. The co has done absolutely nothing here. 2. What did they deliver ? Nothing 3. The company/directors have drained the company's cash to it's last penny 4. Not only did they not have any net assets but it was left on the verge of bankruptcy with NET LIABILITIES of £358,459 5. So what do they do just to survive - force to do a RTO... and diluting holders out of the water. 6. From 75m shares in issue before suspension....they are going to issue another c177m shares giving total of c241 million shares issue. Just another big gravy train for the directors while mugs punters bend over and take it up the Khyber pass like good old obedient shareholders. | fumanchuchu
26/2/2011 21:01 | Some key words/phrases that describe the life of PNG (in PNG's own words see RNS 23 June 2010) : * no progress has been made * to no avail * So far nothing has happened. * we have made no progress * nothing has been achieved. | fumanchuchu
26/2/2011 20:59 | PNG was effectively bust. It only managed to survive because it was able to reverse into ex-Pre assets..... but that was at the expense of PNG shareholders - massive dilution. Even their OWN AUDITOR said they are as good as bust : from the annual report - page 12/13. PNG in it's then current form was BUST. Without the RTO they were effectively bust/insolvent (they have NET LIABILITIES) : Emphasis of Matter- Going Concern and Realisation of Assets Without qualifying our opinion, we draw your attention to: Note 3 to the financial statements which indicates that the group incurred a loss for the year of £316,000 and had net current liabilities of £358,459 at the balance sheet date. These conditions indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt about the group's ability to continue as a going concern. The going concern assumption of the group is dependent on the group obtaining additional finance to meet its working capital needs for a period of not less than twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements to enable the company to meet its liabilities as they fall due. | fumanchuchu
26/2/2011 18:46 | Its possible he is lonely or shy and this is the only way he can feel confident communicating with other people. It could be his idea of having friends, as he could not possibly be a shareholder. | ogill
26/2/2011 18:22 | FuManChuChu So why are you here? | nickb
26/2/2011 18:07 | You both sound like very emotional people, perhaps you should not be buying shares . I buy to make money and try to remain detached , its working for me. We shall wait and see who gets it right. | ogill
26/2/2011 17:58 | also the era of superhypes is now seriously out of fashion it took a long time but the market is much smarter than it was 10/15 years ago | fumanchuchu
26/2/2011 17:43 | And the fact is, investors were not prepared to fund AFD with another fund raising. Teeling was then effectively forced into selling AFD onto LUC. As soon as that was done, LUC was able to raise the money without hassle. What bigger hint of the market not interested in Clontarf Road vehicles, do you want than that ? Must have been such big slap in the face to ex-AFD management. | fumanchuchu
26/2/2011 17:38 | pat exactly....!!! | fumanchuchu
26/2/2011 17:37 | You miss the point..... you made money (ref 7p to £1.40).....when the market fell for the hype. It was the same with the other Clontarf Road stocks all those years ago.... the hype worked and so stocks related to Clontarf Road, included PNG, all raced away.... but in time the market woke up and realised it was just hype....never delivering... just promises after promises. They no longer falls for the bull any more. The sale of AFD to Lucara and the subsequent re-rating just proves that point. The market, IMO, just didnt trust AFD/Clontarf Road management and so the valuation of AFD remaining subdued. No sooner did they sell it to Lucara.... and the market took notice and LUC gets revalued. | fumanchuchu
26/2/2011 13:17 | Says a lot about the peeps who took part in the placing. I doubt you'd find any respected funds getting involved with this mob. Shudder to think were they get the cash from. Maybe Libya. On the bright side. Good to see that there are no shares being traded here (save for the old PI bailing). IMO the market (and 99.9% of PI's) have fully turned their back on anything connected with this lot now. | domtheone |
