There seems to be a group formed.. I wonder if they are going to takeover the Company?

Horrendous action. Under placing price which was 400% below the share price.Management should be binned here.

Think they used to have 40.. if you look at accounts the average salary was 50 grand! So assume half that’s 1m a year just on headcount..
Expensive 360i marketing campaign too..
Cash won’t last long..

The subscriber base will be negligible. I'd assume their market share is around 0.1% of the UK industry. What they should be focusing on is reducing admin expenses and growing presence. They certainly wont do that with the current strategy of donating 10% to charity.

I've seen something floating around, allegedly from Nick, regarding headcount being at all time lows. If the company think this is the only cost cutting method, they know nothing!

I think this is the only 'honest' share I've seen on AIM (Which comes from its soft charitable roots). So I think the RNS was as expected with the typical fickle AIM response.Yeah they've screwed up but getting into bed with the large charities is a very good idea. Opens up a massive customer base.Q2 is what people should be waiting for, but requires patience...

Hi Kavi! Just watching you having fun talking to yourself on this Board. Really can't be bothered to comment. If you don't like the stock that's your choice. Just a bit boring watching you pretend to be multiple users from your mum's spare bedroom.

Said it before and saying it again.
Nick Dashwood Brown is not needed for the size of Company. It’s pathetic they release a trading statement that has the Head of IR on it. It should be signed by one of the directors!
The guy gets paid way too much for a job that isn’t needed. Probably on 100k ++

Not surprised here with the performance. They raised money at .1 when the share price was .4 Management needs to sit down and discuss who has to go.

I read the update pre market and thought it was awful.

When you have lots of waffle but they do not tell you what you really need to know which is profit or loss you know it's bad.

It's dangerous the forums when you read a string of people saying it's a great update but common sense did prevail in the end with the % price drop.

Six months to June 2017 they had gross profit of 128k and admin expenses of 3m pounds... yes in six months!!! Loss of 6m a year..
They have done even worse in six months to dec 2017 as per trading statement..
The Company should not be viewed as a long term investment. It is a basket case..
Short term trade maybe as it is being ramped on twitter..

Robbie how is it profit making now?
Did you not read the trading update..?
They lost more in terms of gross profit than the period before.
The Company is defiantly NOT making a profit.. are we reading the same trading update?????
It is struggling to make a gross profit.. once you add on admin expenses of 3m a year.. you still have a bargepole stock..

Loss making in USA in terms of gross profit.. acquisition costs greater than revenue!! And historically in VMNO markets where revenue has been historically high it has declined.. the US market is a about 4 years behind the UK in terms of competition.. the Company will experience ever diminishing margins in a market it is expanding into..
