21/2/2018 13:22 | Wonder which director will be next to “donate” payroll tax and NI tax to hmrc.. lol | timeforchange
21/2/2018 10:21 | Since you are so close to the board Timmy could you ask when the next raise will be.. Will they attempt an 80% discount to the current share price rather than a 99% discount? Lol | timeforchange
21/2/2018 09:44 | Why don't you ask the Company that? Bit pointless posting on here when the Company would presumably answer that question. Or would that reveal your secret identity and the location of the BatKav? | timmythedog
21/2/2018 09:19 | Back to the Company... any guesses on how much they need to grow subscribers to make a profit.. is it 1000%?? | timeforchange
21/2/2018 09:10 | Those who jumped in on the spike at 0.14 only a month ago are sadly nearly 40% down..could only happen with tpop | timeforchange
21/2/2018 09:02 | I'm not sure you understand the meaning of the word ramping either. | timmythedog
21/2/2018 08:55 | Clearly not Timmy | oilbuy
21/2/2018 08:53 | Where is this Dalston mate? Is it nice? | timeforchange
21/2/2018 08:45 | Timmy you happy to be down on your placing before the last one? Didn’t you put in 20 grand and it’s now 100 quid in value.. did you average down in the last placing..? Will you ever get your money back??? | timeforchange
21/2/2018 08:44 | Well, I'm not running a company, am I? I'm just pointing out the absurdity of your continued yammering into the ether, slagging off the stock so you can make enough to buy yourself a new sofa for the Dalston pad. | timmythedog
21/2/2018 08:38 | TimmyThat's rich coming from you. Infact you do not know how to run a company let alone comment on how the stockmarket works. The naivety is pricess just like the share price. | oilbuy
21/2/2018 08:26 | 0,05 incoming and those short going to be minted.. spreadex really is a wonder..! | timeforchange
21/2/2018 08:25 | Ah yes and tpop are the experts in capital raising.. lol | timeforchange
21/2/2018 08:24 | You don't really understand how this capital raising stuff works, do you Kavi? Perhaps the stock market is not for you. | timmythedog
21/2/2018 08:19 | TimmyA placing at .1 when the share price at .4pOptions at 5p and a placing at .05p that would look really smart. | oilbuy
21/2/2018 08:02 | Why don't you reveal yourself and your multiple IDs, Kavi, and then I might do the same? If you want to create a clear and positive message why don't you stop slagging off a company you quite clearly don't have the ability to understand? | timmythedog
21/2/2018 07:57 | The management think they are so great maybe do some options at 5p lol.. | timeforchange
21/2/2018 07:51 | Management if they wanted to show a twist of good faith to shareholders , would have rejected theses shares.I would be creating positive sentiment and sending out a clear message, a positive one. This RNS clearly defines the opposite. | oilbuy
21/2/2018 07:49 | 15,900,000 new Ordinary Shares are being issued to Julia Simpson, Non-Executive Director of the Company, at a deemed price of 0.1 pence per Ordinary Share in lieu of her Director's salary and fees for the period from 1 January 2018 to 30 June 2018; and- 317,861 new Ordinary Shares are being issued to an employee at a deemed price of 9.91 pence per Ordinary Share pursuant to an agreement dated 26 July 2016.On Admission, Julia Simpson will be beneficially interested in 16,218,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.53 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued share capital. | oilbuy
21/2/2018 07:26 | The directors will be taking fees as a salary paid by company and therefore the company is obliged to pay the tax. The tax man will look dimly on Julia taking a salary through a limited company to avoid NIC.. | timeforchange
20/2/2018 22:09 | Well, you don't know that, do you Kavi? Just jumping to conclusions as usual. If a director is paid "fees" then they are usually responsible for their own tax. Why don't you try to find out instead of moaning as usual? Anyway, surely the idea of options for NEDs is a bad one because it immediately compromises their independence? I wouldn't be happy knowing that NED interests were not necessarily aligned with those of other shareholders. | timmythedog |
