End of July guys , Both parties are aiming to complete the transaction by month end (subject to completion of formal documention) with Globalvision planning to start optimisation works on the oil wells associated with the 12.5% ORRI to commence at the beginning of August with oil production to commence within the coming months.

This Pennpetro Texas #oil revenue deal just announced is amazing for a company with not much more than 100 million shares on issue. I’m seriously enthusiastic about the Texas #Lithium and #gas JV deal. That’s damn exciting.

love and gold my average was just over 2p and I took the loss shortly after that post. Did buy back today and traded out too low, was very lucky to be sitting down at the comp when the news hit.
The "months of silence" was the mushrooming I posted about in my post earlier tonight.
We had improving flow then silence then months later admittance of next to no flow.
Hope you all do better this time around and as not looking to get back in and recognize no one appreciates the messenger will leave you to it.

They plan to optimise all 4 x 12.5% ORRI wells to production as quickly as possible, which will be a very big step forwards for the project.The Company is also very excited about the potential for the AMI on the Gulf Coast region to produce gas and home-grown USA lithium from the wells. £1.6M marketcap, fairly promising initial workover results late last year and still no one has the confidence to buy into PPP due to a few months of silence.
Couldn't be the Leni effect could it?
