EMTN Programme: Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 9 December 2024 relating to GBP 250,000,000 5.750 per cent. Fixed Rate Notes due 2032 (the "Notes") issued by South West Water Finance Plc ("SWW") under its Euro Medium Term Note Programme unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by South West Water Limited.
