Board Retirement

Pennon Group plc announces that Claire Ighodaro CBE will retire from the Company's Board of Directors and as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 31^st December 2024.  Plans are in place to appoint a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee. 

David Sproul, Chair, said:" On behalf of all the Pennon Directors I would like to thank Claire for her dedication, wise counsel and contribution over the years.  We all wish her well for the future."
