From UK-Analyst this evening:

"Shares in cash shell Penmc rose 0.05p to 0.39p on speculation that a reverse takeover was in the offing. Reports suggested that ex-director and 11.2% shareholder David McKee may have a hand in any potential deal."

HAVING sold off the entire sports and entertainment financial management business of Kingsbridge, the renamed Penmc is now strictly a cash shell. Nosey buyers yesterday chased the stock 0.07p higher to 0.34p on above average turnover of 3.2m amid hot gossip that a reverse takeover deal is on the cards. Dealers reckon that former director and 11.2% shareholder David McKee could be involved.

I got those online limits the wrong way around so I edited them. I thought CCO was a risk before, but now it seems that all the possible bad news is already in the price. They are a risk for a T4 or T10 since the news may take longer and there is a possible risk of falling to 50p to buy. Thats the worst case scenario in my opinion. Best to buy now, since its better to be safe than sorry. IMHO.

Right I am going to try to tempt you in CCO again. Take out £1,000 punt on a T25 and hope for the best. At 55.5/56p to buy there a steal and online limits have improved again to just 20K to buy and 70K to sell.

no I did not spot that. You should of told me earlier along and I would of kept them. I thought the spread was dogy and the temptation of CCO made me sell. Even though level2 does state 2 on the bid and 1 on the ask.

I am always glad of your tips. I have manged to arrange finance with my mum to keep the PTC shares.

damn, if I had not of sold these may of gone up today. But at the time I thought I was in for a 10% instant gain on CCO. Cant believe it now my Etrade account is worth £470 from £1000 just over a week ago.

sold my 148683 PNC PENMC PLC. They should have gone up in price on the bid by now and they did not. Too risky for me so I put it into CCO at 56p.

this share is really really strange. It is definately a no brainer and a dead cert with a spread of 0.33 to 0.342p. I just wish I had more than £500 that I was allowed to invest into here. Oh well after we made money from this one, I just want to be on the next one and gradually build it up from there.
