Posted at 27/1/2008 09:57 by soleus Looks like accepting the share swap is the best option as the cash offer is derisory and CBG may offer growth. Soleus. |
Posted at 27/12/2007 12:45 by clivee There seems to be a takeover of Penmc Plc by the CGB Group Plc.I'ne been offered 0.16p for my 500,000 shares in cash or for every 1,000 shares in Penmc i get 1 ordinary share in CGB Group. Does any one else know anything.??????????? |
Posted at 08/2/2007 13:20 by safman I think u have to look at the management.. of this one..nothing in 4 yrs.. they will let this finish.. i think PNC are owed some debt as well.. let this go to the wall, write off the debt..saffy.. |

Posted at 18/8/2005 12:11 by lord santafe see some people have taken profit on this share today. Still level2 positive. Was a great move by me yesterday to sell out for 0.33p and stick it in Crown at 56p, since you can not buy Crown for no less than 61p. |

Posted at 17/8/2005 12:16 by lord santafe I got those online limits the wrong way around so I edited them. I thought CCO was a risk before, but now it seems that all the possible bad news is already in the price. They are a risk for a T4 or T10 since the news may take longer and there is a possible risk of falling to 50p to buy. Thats the worst case scenario in my opinion. Best to buy now, since its better to be safe than sorry. IMHO. |
Posted at 17/8/2005 08:15 by lord santafe sold my 148683 PNC PENMC PLC. They should have gone up in price on the bid by now and they did not. Too risky for me so I put it into CCO at 56p. |
Posted at 16/8/2005 12:09 by lord santafe this share is really really strange. It is definately a no brainer and a dead cert with a spread of 0.33 to 0.342p. I just wish I had more than £500 that I was allowed to invest into here. Oh well after we made money from this one, I just want to be on the next one and gradually build it up from there. |
