Mr Slinger is an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Bankers and also a Non-Executive Director of Community Broking Group plc, which is an insurance company quoted on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.

I think I even seen them selling for 0.39p possibly at one stage today. I can now buy CCO for 56.75p, so not a good move, even though I thought it was at the time. Oh well as long as it does not get any worst.

LS - not a very good move as if you had waited you could sell for 0.36 and now buy CCO fo 56p - errr roughly 18% better off

see some people have taken profit on this share today. Still level2 positive. Was a great move by me yesterday to sell out for 0.33p and stick it in Crown at 56p, since you can not buy Crown for no less than 61p.

From UK-Analyst this evening:

"Shares in cash shell Penmc rose 0.05p to 0.39p on speculation that a reverse takeover was in the offing. Reports suggested that ex-director and 11.2% shareholder David McKee may have a hand in any potential deal."
