So having read alot of posts on various bulletin boards, spoken to many financial sector chums, here is my opinion, for what it is worth...
Yes, the stock will be suspended on AIM early June.
The listing on main market will be approved and will go ahead sometime during the summer... After which there will most likely be a consolidation in the region of 1 to 15, giving a new share pricein the region of 25p to 30p, making it more attractive to institutional buyers and shaking off the AIM feel...
News and acquisitions will follow, and by year end the share price will be up 200% or so..
And we all live happily ever after!!

I will be adding another 100,000 shares today..

This decision has been taken for a number of reasons associated with the rationale underpinning the nature of the investments that the Company might seek to make and the strict financial criteria for becoming an AIM Rule 8 Investing Company (which excludes certain non-equity commitments which the Company may wish to include in its capital structure).

Well I thought the AIM was supposed to be more lightly regulated compared to the main list? Is it fair to assume that £millions has not been raised on the basis it would be caught up in a soon to be illiquid investment?

Having studied again the RNS and considered statements made by DL in the podcasts there is some sense in this course of action. DL did say in the podcasts that it would not always be an equity investment. In some cases it would be a loan and specialised management applied to the project. What the RNS is saying that under AIM rules this kind of involvement, if it doesn't involve equity investment, isn't allowed. Time will tell but clarification would be appreciated.

So they forgot to check the listing criteria for the investments they are going to hold?!!!

Smells of amateur hour to me.

FFS!!

Luckily I can hold and wait for re-listing, if they can get this paperwork right!

This will bomb meantime as gamblers scurry for the exit, nursing losses.

I like the positive spin put on it though - NOT!!
