23rd August 5.2% shares 4.2% warrants
10th November 6.14% shares 4.2% warrants
5th December 7.4% shares 4.2% warrants

So Mark Lancaster has been gradually increasing his holding.

Not too long to wait imo.
I only have a very small holding here so last time I emailed David Linsley to clarify some parts of an RNS I wrote I needed £1 per share. His reply was - we'll do our best.
At least he has a sense of humour.

Think it is to do with the warrants attached to Mark Lancaster's holding. I think PERE will be aiming to get the share price above the warrant price to secure more income.

Project screening and Due Diligence Q3 - Q4 17
Deal Execution Q4/17 - Q 1/18

Hopefully there should be some news in the next 4 months.

Seems somebody is slowly building a stake, deal can't be far away. There timing is great although I hope with commods movings there not having to negotiate too much harder.
