21/8/2017 08:13 | DOWN 35% LOL Look at the long-term chart here c 40p to 1.5p bid..LOL That's shareholder destruction. AVOID | goldenshare888
21/8/2017 08:07 | Don't bank on it soul, it's a PR shambles so far! The Pembridge scholars may have a long school holiday.......... | goldenshare888
21/8/2017 08:05 | Probably drop to the 1.6p raise price. Hopefully it's upwards from thereon in :-/ | soulsauce
21/8/2017 08:03 | A nice 25% MARKDOWN to welcome the co to the main list and reward long-term shareholders!!!! ;-/ NB. This seems to contradict their statement: "and look forward to delivering significant value to our shareholders" !!!! | goldenshare888
18/8/2017 13:18 | Commenting on today's events, David Linsley, CEO said: "Our transition from AIM to a standard listing on the London Stock Exchange has been delivered seamlessly and on time by our legal advisors. We are now in a position to fully exploit our stated aims to build a portfolio of compelling investments with our uniquely qualified team. In the coming weeks we will be stepping-up our due diligence efforts on a range of previously identified projects. While commodity markets have strengthened we still see significant opportunities to exploit our strategy and look forward to delivering significant value to our shareholders."Good investment share imo | susiebe
18/8/2017 13:09 | rossannan I bet your right laugh at parties ! talk about glass half empty. | cathdrew2
18/8/2017 12:52 | Wouldn't say lame ross because they have managed the standard list in a very timely fashion. However given the disappointing raising they now do have to get weaving and deliver the shareholder value they keep talking about. | soulsauce
11/8/2017 07:44 | I read that as the new shares will be added to the existing shares on the 9th of August and to be paid for by then if subscribed for. You guys are reading too much in to it, maybe just to scare others who knows. | cathdrew2
10/8/2017 08:05 | Yup Theyre " pleased " to announce a fundraising at 1.6 is the worst part. | escapetohome
10/8/2017 07:50 | Yes a shambolic RNS to "launch" the new co!! Possibly written by an intern? Bodes well - NOT! :-/ | goldenshare888
09/8/2017 22:08 | Yes, but later in that RNS it does state shares to commence trading 09/08/17. Clearly an error. | uknighted
09/8/2017 16:20 | Does it not say to cancel on Aim at 7am on 21st August and re list on main market at 8am on same day ? | cathdrew2
09/8/2017 16:15 | Clearly an error in the RNS. I would have thought that they would have issued a correction. | uknighted
09/8/2017 15:29 | Yes, a confusing RNS and no sign of trading today? | goldenshare888
08/8/2017 15:03 | Yes, but later in that RNS it does state shares to commence trading 09/08/17. | uknighted
08/8/2017 14:35 | Nice...:)) Last RNS said 21st August so they will be ahead of schedule if it happens tomorrow... | goldenshare888
03/8/2017 17:10 | 8am on Wednesday 9 August 2017 guys | bigboots
02/8/2017 11:36 | How are the Pembridge scholars? When do they plan to come out to play the big boy stock market? | goldenshare888
31/7/2017 08:31 | 3p would have shown some intent of getting value for shareholders given where the share price was before the intent to move from Aim. However we are still on Aim at the moment and have Beaufort as broker so no surprise we got raped. Just hope we can introduce some good assets now and fund them in the alternative ways discussed. I don't think holders will stand them hitting the dilution button again for a long time. | soulsauce
24/7/2017 07:10 | dixi no investments will be funded in other ways that was one of the main reasons for moving from Aim. | soulsauce |
