10/1/2020 09:33 | czar10 Jan '20 - 07:34 - 1095 of 1105 This is only £10m market cap, receiving $5.4m a month in cash and growing, it has to be the wrong price? It is important to remember that the $5.4m is to Minto Explorations and not to Pembridge, an important distinction as we are only a third holder. That said, you are right it is still way too cheap. I was intimating the other day the CAPEX for a mine this size with state of the art production facilities would be $60-75m (possibly even more given where it is situated) and that is not taking in to account years of expensive exploration and feasibility costs. So on a mine equity value alone you could argue we are undervalued. I think Mostro has hit the nail on the head, extending mine life will be big news. But the leverage from an increasing copper and gold price should not be ignored either. | soulsauce
10/1/2020 09:22 | New ceo will turn it around - money flowing now which is a great step forward and more to come | rakepat37
10/1/2020 09:18 | Well said soulsauce, I will be here for the long run.. News flow will hopefully all be positive. I agree that a mine life extension RNS would be excellent, is that something that the BoD are working on at present, do we know? GLA | mostro
10/1/2020 09:12 | czar you really ought to do some more research before posting. There isn't a lot of short term punters. What you have is a lot of long term punters that were locked in for 97wks while it was suspended looking for an acceptable level to finally get hold of some or all of their cash. And no it hasn't had a good run since listing. The bid is only 2p or 16.5% above it's re-listing price of 12.5p. You will find the 12.5p 're-listing' price is some way short of the price that many of those long term investors were locked in at who's post consolidation average is around 30p. For those long term investors PERE has been nothing less than an absolute nightmare, but now hopefully with an excellent CEO in place the long termers that decide to remain should see profit. | soulsauce
10/1/2020 08:27 | Quarterly updates from here czar...see RNS | vivgav
10/1/2020 08:25 | Going to be quarterly going forward, so could be a bit of lull of information coming out now. | owenga
10/1/2020 08:23 | There are a lot of short term punters here and its had a good run since listing but when the story gets out there I see this as a great investment on a two year period. There will be monthly updates regarding sales and cash so it will get noticed at some point imho. | czar
10/1/2020 08:06 | We should be 30p plus ... market will catch on soon as seriously under valued | rakepat37
10/1/2020 07:40 | Czar , i think you have reached a good conclusion there. | escapetohome
10/1/2020 07:40 | Czar that was my conclusion yesterday, so I bought in. | ilostthelot

10/1/2020 07:15 | Excellent. Gati Al-Jebouri, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Pembridge stated: "This payment, for production in December 2019, brings total payments received to US$12.5m since Minto recommenced production in October. The December payment was a significant improvement on last month's due to the head grade improvements in the Minto East mining area, as announced 09 January 2020, as well as a stronger copper and gold price." | someuwin

09/1/2020 09:25 | ilostthelot we don't know, it is possible that in the ramp up phase very little of it is profit, that is usually the way with re-starting a mothballed mine. However what Gati has achieved here in such a short time should not be overlooked and it is what is possible. As I said above there are a lot of explorers valued a lot higher than this that have got to go through very long painful and costly processes to even get to the ramp up stage. This mine is good high grade with excellent processing facilities. | soulsauce
09/1/2020 09:24 | I think the next accounts (not sure if Interim or a full year one) will give a picture of levels of profitability. For now the cash flow coming in looks really healthy and will be interesting to see how it continues throughout 2020. | nick rubens
09/1/2020 09:16 | The beauty of this company now (I say now as it has been anything but beautiful for long term holders and I have given more than my fair share of criticism especially towards the previous CEO) is that to quote Boris it is oven ready. Lots of junior explorers in the copper market with market caps much bigger than this (ARS,ARCM,RMM) who have to go through months and years of more exploration, feasibilty studies and building plants burning through lots of money and debt to get where they need to be. PERE have a mine that is producing and they have done it without massive dilution or debt. Ok they only have a third stake in the mine currently but it has huge potential, state of the art production facilities and excellent off-take partners in place. Looking forward to December payment but the real value will come through lengthening the mine life. | soulsauce |
