Yes cheers soulsauce, The placing is a giveaway price and i'm expecting the full raise of £5m to be achieved, because of that.

As a result, I'm likely staying invested longer term, as this is now (or very soon) effectively a producing miner and not some risky endless fund raising AIM explorer.

Hopefully there will be no hiccups now and accompanied by some decent broker notes with forecasts.

Thank goodness i put 80 % of my cash in investment trusts and 20% in high risk gambles, like this.

This is the stock market, do we really expect that shareholder returns are the priority in any investment?

Better than it not coming back at all, but that's hardly a good reason for investing in anything in the first place.

It could even rally on relist as previously forecast revenue expectations looked very good for a low cap miner/producer.

The company legally cannot answer you. It's that simple and no reflection on the company. This company was doomed for administration without his new investment and the other Directors investment. I didn't see David doing that, only taking a huge salary and bonus when suspended. Words fail me on thatGati is putting in £2m of his own money. Show me a Director that does that when being on the board he cannot sell until an asset sell or Dividend. Ultimate respect to someone that does that. I know I won't sell a share even if others do.

Interesting comments on a Proactive page. This could be an opportune time to relist.

Copper – LME and Comex inventories as nickel stocks fall to critical levels despite slowdown in China

Something funny is going on in commodity markets.
China, Europe and the US are slowing in economic growth yet inventory levels at the world’s major warehouses are seen falling.
Policymakers understand the fastest and possibly most effective way to restore economic growth rates is to build infrastructure.
New infrastructure is also a vote winner with the general population assuming the ‘vanity’ projects are not overly vain.
Nickel inventories are now down to critical levels with Copper stocks also falling on the LME and Comex:.
Copper 0.9 weeks down from 2 weeks in April 2018 and 2.3 weeks of global demand in July 2013.
Nickel 2.0 weeks down from 10 weeks in January 2018 and >13 weeks in January 2016.
Tin inventories have risen to 1.5 weeks from just 1 week in January 2018 but this is still significantly lower than the 4 weeks of demand seen in January 2010.
We suspect China’s State Reserve Bureau is busy quietly rebuilding stocks at low price levels in preparation for new infrastructure spend despite restrictions on regional borrowing where debt levels are high.
Europe is also likely to promote economic recovery through new infrastructure spend with West and East Germany seen as in need of new road, rail and communications infrastructure.
In the UK both major political parties are majoring on massive infrastructure spend in the run up to the December General Election with few political objections to the new HS2 rail line despite its massive increase in cost.
In this environment we may expect CrossRail 2 and HS3, the Northern Powerhouse Rail line to get approval.
Now that it is politically acceptable to spend massively on new infrastructure in Europe, the US and probably China it is increasingly likely that commodity prices will jump as metal stocks fall.

No use putting the link, ADVFN don't allow them to Proactive!

I emailed and got a reply from the CEO. Of course, he could not tell me anything that hadn’t been announced to the market - he referenced me to the September RNS.

I can see why Linley left, get the new CEO in the room with Linley and their egos would suffocate anyone else present!

Link to the interview:-

I agree it sounds promising.

My take is that the relist will be very soon. By the end of this month is my guess. He comes across very well and has put his own money into the company. He makes a fair case for holding on for 3 months. So let's see what happens.

I emailed Pembridge three times in the space of two weeks recently asking when the shares will be relisted. No reply, all emails ignored. Says a lot about the company!

I will still judge him on the price of the raising, if it is all so rosey there shouldn't be a problem in looking after existing shareholders interests.

To be fair, in the RNS dated 39/09 he does state:
Shareholders have been patient during this period and I recognise that going forward we must aim not to repeat such a long period of suspension of our shares. I thank all shareholders for their understanding and trust that all shareholders will continue to support the Company in the future.

As for the payoff I expect it was contractual. Whatever, a new day dawns tomorrow although I am aware that tomorrow never comes!!

Yep so basically how long is a piece of string.
But we must be close to relisting given how news is being ramped up.
I'm still fuming about the pay off.
