17/6/2018 11:44 | No it was all done as part of its admission to the standard list as I read it and was all part of the admission documentation. You could argue that when they were raising the money they were still part of aim but were suspended as part of aim cancellation and move. Look at the end of the day it will be the city and the money men that will do the talking and as much as DL wants to look after existing shareholders, that will be sacrificed if they struggle to get the amount of money they need. I have seen DL talk on several occasions already and fall short for shareholders as the share price quite clearly shows. I just hope the mine and the off take debt will provide enough leverage to get a good deal for existing shareholders. Anything less than the equivalent price of the share price when they took over (circa 3p) will be a failure in my opinion. | soulsauce
17/6/2018 10:34 | Thanks for alerting us to the latest video, vivgav. With the other $7.5M for the acquisition and $4M for the drill program starting straight away plus working capital it looks like $13M-$14M will be raised or about £10M. Taking the last placing price of 1.6p that would be about 650M extra shares to give total of about 875M. Given that the company will probably be worth approximately worth £30M post acquisition and producing with potential upside we would have a share price of 3.4p. A small profit for those in at 3p, more than double for those taking part in the placing. Similar story at 2p but at 3p or above the placing shareholders percentage profit diminishes whereas lth percentage profit increases. All hypothetical but we should soon find out if this lot are true to their word! | ged5
17/6/2018 08:50 | May be rossannan but the last equity raise on the standard list was hardly friendly. uknighted yes he did. | soulsauce
17/6/2018 08:22 | DL nearly said more than he should have when asked when the equity raise would be. | uknighted
17/6/2018 01:20 | DL said on record that he intended to look after existing shareholders. To me he can only succeed in that if this comes back above the equivalent of 3p a share. That is the price they took over Caf at and ousted Paul Johnson and the price at which most of us hold and as we know since then it has been nothing but failure by these so called experts in their field. If it comes back at any less it will be abject failure. Great for them as they will have built their business and remuneration for years to come but at the expense of those who trusted in their apparent expertise. | soulsauce

30/5/2018 08:29 | Thanks Ged. All very pretty and good talk but if the existing shareholders are not looked after as promised in several camera pieces, then it means little. Existing shareholders have had a pretty rough ride up to now so it will need to come back from suspension substantially above the 1.25p suspension price to fulfil that promise to existing shareholders. | soulsauce
30/5/2018 08:16 | Supposedly on the website but I can't find it. Thanks to mullins elsewwhere:- Now what about the finance? | ged5
