23/6/2018 16:21 | I thought they got 30m from Japan. | inthepub
23/6/2018 12:31 | Original plan was to raise 50m but they got 60m from Japan so I think that the 40m that they now want to raise is already promised with terms agreed, just a formality hopefully. | encarter
22/6/2018 17:31 | The 21/06/18 RNS refers to an indicative placing price of 50p following a 10:1 consolidation. | uknighted
22/6/2018 16:54 | Hmmm not sure about that announcement. Is it just me or has the 50p raising price disappeared? Voting for an unknown. I would want to know the placing roadshow had gone well. Thoughts? | soulsauce
22/6/2018 12:28 | Got to love the attempted de ramp ! Sadly I doubt you even hold shares or have visited the website to read the presentations ! | rpat2
22/6/2018 08:52 | Don't be silly. If you have taken the trouble to analyse the figures then you should understand what happening here. They intend to develop the mine which is why they got it at a knock down price. No exploration of the site has been done for 6 years because capstone acquired another mine and had to divert their resources, but Minto is a massive site with massive potential. From RNS 15/02/18. "-- Significant existing copper resource base with a history of reserve and resource replacement and growth -- Exploration potential property-wide including multiple open pit and underground exploration targets located in close proximity to existing operations" " -- Pembridge management have identified several near-term initiatives with the potential to significantly extend mine life, enhance mine economics and improve margins" It requires focused investment of expertise and cash, which Pembridge will have in abundance. An highly experienced management team with some great contacts and $45m in cash for working capital and further exploration. "Minto fits perfectly with the Company's stated goal to acquire a producing and profitable mining operation to which our team can add further value. This acquisition will represent a core asset to Pembridge and will be used as a platform for future growth." "Pembridge is guided by its board, management and technical team, who have a range of experience in mining operations and finance." "Pembridge management has identified a number of potential operating efficiencies that it believes could significantly lower operating costs." Recent improvements at the mine have led to a predicted 15% increase in 2018 production, including the gold which was a massive 25,205 ounces in 2017. Once exploration gets underway we should get lots of updates of new discoveries of copper, silver and gold to get the share price climbing. | encarter
21/6/2018 16:05 | Have you seen the Minto mine production figures for 2017 though? They’re on a significant downward trajectory. Interestingly, capstone showed production figures for their 3 mines. The one they’re selling off to pembridge shows significant decreasing production..... L. | lazygun
21/6/2018 12:43 | Ok well which ever you a quids in. | encarter
21/6/2018 11:58 | Ignore it's 240k at 1.6p book cost so u are correct | rpat2
21/6/2018 11:55 | The warrents were 1for 1 at 1.6p exercisable at 3.2 so I make it 240k shares at 3.2 book cost so let's say I can sell them for .40 is 96k so 76k net ? | rpat2
21/6/2018 11:36 | 2 Presentations for you Guys to look at. Not in myself but well done. I had these emailed to me as interested in buying in here but would like your thoughts on where you see this going. Some folk on LSE saying could easily hit 10p+ on first day which new money will be 100p from a proposed 50p placing (Old money 5p). Its one hell of a deal for a £3 Million mkt cap shell and Im seriously interested in these when they relist. Also I dont normally do placings but has anyone been offered these as I would be interested in taking part in the placing as may be alot easier to acquire stock that way than via the open mkt when they relist? Thanks in advance . Tops | topinfo
21/6/2018 09:20 | rpat2 you will have 120k shares at 50p so £60,000. Plus 120k warrants at 16p. So if you take up the warrants you should make about £80,000 profit. But they may open with 50p on the offer and only 40p bid, however this looks to have great potential so might quickly rise in the first day, maybe even double which would give you roughly around £200,000 profit. I myself will have 200k shares at around 14p ?? but no warrants ?? | encarter
21/6/2018 08:41 | jamdan1, rpat2, I would have thought it depends on how well the placing is received. If over subscribbed I would expect much higher than 50p (5p present equivalent). The reverse being true if undersubscribed. vigav, I agree with your figures. Let's hope they get this placing done better than last time. There is no reason not to. A mine worth $37.5M, off-take agreement of $30M, a further $2.5M cash and a commodity which is going to be much in demand with the impending rise in electric vehicles I see very compelling reasons to take part. With about 61M shares I see fair value at about 88p (8.8p present equvalent) Let's hope all goes well! | ged5
21/6/2018 07:55 | Yes, looking good for eventual resumption of trading and on the main market too, if I remember correctly. Not the usual AIM rubbish. | nick rubens |
