The regulatory news section in their website is currently unavailable so they are currently updating. Expect a release

As soon as the confirmation comes through that funds have added (Pelatro have already updated their website continuing with good corporate governance and transparency) the share price will move up again

Hope so, the fall was unnecessary but doesn't take much to spook the herd.

Maven too.The 7% looks to have sold to 1 new insti (3.2%) and the rest split between existing subscribers who participated in the ipo. They were happy to take the shares at a higher price they paid at IPO

Quite a few questions to answer and PIs need to be able to regain confidence which is such a shame after the share price had hit the ATH. Hopefully it can move back up but for investors wanting to meet the directors next month will be the ideal opportunity...

Just to let you all know that Pelatro will be presenting at the Mello2019 event on Thursday 16th May and Friday 17th May. They will also have a stand at the event so available for Q&A with the delegates.

They will almost certainly be doing two presentations so one in the morning and one afternoon.

More info and tickets here... If you use the code ADVFN30 you will be able to receive a 30% discount off the ticket price

Good to see the FD picking up £20,000 of the shares - not insignificant for the finance guy who's usually the poorest and lowest-paid director.

Guys - just watched the PI video and reminded myself about why I was watching PTRO in the 1st place. Subash very compelling. I've taken an initial position at 83.7p. GLA

Great top up opportunity, i paid 84p, very pleased with that, i am sure the shares will have been snapped up - the 80p placing of shares is at a discount for obvious reasons, if i was buying 7% of the company i would expect a discount too.

Presumably he wants to retain a holding to keep his interest, ensure he can attend AGMs etc.

Institutional buyers would certainly have demanded a discount to buy a large lump of what remains an illiquid (for them) and very small cap stock. The main directors still retain their very substantial interests - as stated already, if he has no involvement with the company today's news is unsurprising.

Riv - and I hoped the price could be lower given I was considering an entry! If someone else is buying at 80p, not sure I want to pay 85p plus.

More important is that a sell from someone so closely connected with BOD does not exactly inspire confidence that the share price will continue to rise in the short term. And why sell over 2M and retain just 14,000?

Agreed this will get forgotten A week or two of indigestion and then 95p in the blink of an eye

It's just too easy to spook folk in the market. Wouldn't surprise me to see it back flat after a further announcement this afternoon
