There is a definitely a buzz here again because the deadline of 29/12/2017 is now only three weeks away. This is why volumes are rising not because of leaked news.

We will definitely get an RNS before or on that day. Whether the RNS contains any progress on the direction of the company remains to be seen.

The death spiral does not result in the death or even an illness of the company. It is a killer of share price rises. That's why it's called a death spiral.

When the death spiral has damaged the share price so much that no more shares can be issued because the shares are below the par value the shares are consolidated, the clock wound back to zero and the whole process starts again.

Let's see what next week brings but you need share price rises to attract other investors to fuel further share price rises. Nobody is attracted to a flat share.

Well lets see if next week changes that stat.

The death spiral is more akin to an illness that can go into remission with any decent volume here rather than a death...

I do agree I was just generalising with presumption like you did in a previous post.

Anyway must go now.

keya5000 - "Folk who surround themselves with negative thoughts and people make nothing of their lives and I guess that us likely true in your case"

In this world you need a mix of people. You need people who see everything in a positive light. These people tend to be creative and build things for our society.

You also need people who see everything in a negative light. These people tend not to be creative they don't build anything but they address certain things like social injustices that allow people that are positive to cross bridges that were once closed to them.

All types are required in this world.

Pwhite nope wrong again.

Hold several stocks that I consider long term holds that I am in profit on but see more future value, just a waiting game.

You are correct that I do hold some that have gone against me, still think there is value in them though and one thing I do not do is spend all day deramping them. You grumpy old git.

They will trade or sell their existing gaming licences into any deal imo...worth circa 4 m, so with cash at 2 m should have 6 m min to leverage.

Plus they have exceptional crypto links as we know.

keya5000 - "I hold a raft of stocks, some I have held for years"

Yes you do like all the rest of us. But the stocks you have been holding for years are all short term holds gone wrong. You little scamp.

PCGE has more links to block chain than all these other companies that Keya5000 and the likes are ranting on about. But the share price has gone nowhere because of the death spiral finance that you mock.

There is something else you need to bare in mind that Richard Poulden has advised you about during the Proactive Investor interview. He advised the AIM is likely to require the publication of an RTO admission document if PCGE materially changes business which a move into block chain is. Therefore if the absolute best happens next week and PCGE advise they are moving into block chain the announcement is likely to be accompanied with a suspension of trading.

A minimum of 14 days notice has to be given for an EGM though in most cases 21 days notice is given. I suspect the silence now is them doing the bulk of the work behind the scenes. When the deal is announced you then have to look at the details and the dilution effect on existing shareholders.

£2m is not enough money for a meaningful launch into block chain. Other larger companies are pumping tens of millions into it. I am not saying the dilution will leave us worse of but it will happen.

You and your ilk on the other hand except and publish nothing but negativity, I had to laugh the other day when you said all the trades that morning had been sells, two of which had been my buys.

Folk who surround themselves with negative thoughts and people make nothing of their lives and I guess that us likely true in your case.

'Death Spiral'?

It is more of a 'Slight cold and headache spiral' than a death one.

Hardly an issue if and when some real volume and share price appreciation comes in

Simple fact here is several stocks that have got crypto/blockchain links have multibagged.

ONL/TECH/LION/VELA to name a very small selection on AIM.

Did TECH deserve a £14m mcap increase, did LION warrant a £5m mcap increase at their recent peaks? Perhaps not but that is what is happening so at £2.5m mcap here with cash not far behind the case for investment is clear.

Obviously punters/gamblers/investors are looking for the next one. Given the undoubted Crypto links provided by the new director I suggest he's not been employed to make the tea.

I rest my case!

I do not doubt next week when this moves over 0.1 they will be angry and adamant it is a 'pump and dump' or 'going bust'.

If they had any cash a small punt would be worthwhile for them, however I do not think you can get an emergency loan from the DSS to invest in shares and I believe Wonga have gone buts so I guess the only option is to watch the rise and get angry(ier)?

smart solution, I used to try and do battle with individuals like that but these days I simply feel pity for them.

Gone have the days that ADVFN and LSE used to be the prime platform for making others aware of undervalued companies that have momentum to the upside in them.

Twitter now is the medium that most use and sites like this are simply dying off.

I suspect the likes of Pwhite/trev and backtogo are so frustrated they cannot use that site to troll on, simply fact is their reach would be zero and when they get a tad brave and troll a tweet you just block them and it is good bye!

Fair play to Pwhite though he's kept the same name for years and years unlike the other discredited trolls who just change theirs every other month.

The marvels of the crypto/blockchain/internet age.
