12/12/2017 09:06 | There is only one positive from the update. The shares are not going to be suspended due to the interim results not coming out on time. This gives you the opportunity to crystallize your losses if you need cash for the January sales. From the update. 1. They claim they are still operating the Chinese licenses but the results show no revenue has been generated for the entire six month period not a single penny. 2. They claim the license from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission has been renewed but they are not operating any businesses under the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. Scroll down to PCG Software Services Ltd (that's us). 3. The fact that the employment dispute with N Bryant has not been settled does suggest matters are a little more complicated and more expensive than originally suggested when RP bragged in the Proactive Investor interview that Nick Bryant was sacked. 4. The next official announcement is the finals to 31/03/2018 due by 30/09/2018. This will give the Riverfort death spiral its full term before they renew it and I believe they will due to next point. 5. As of 30/09/2017 the cash balance was down to £1.5m. Please bear in mind that was three months ago so they are probably down to £1.2m or less now. They are fast running out of money and I do not believe that any new deals are due for announcement anytime time soon. That's it from me folks. Good luck. | pwhite73
12/12/2017 07:20 | Quite encouraged by that albeit breif statement. 2 m in bank, licences in tact and Bryant cloae to being sorted. News on deal shortly imo....otgerwise he woild of waited until the 29th to issue update imo. | smart solution
11/12/2017 15:08 | POS Why have I ever thought this share was good to buy.Losing capital here | billthebank
11/12/2017 14:33 | blueblood I'm glad you've seen the light. But don't rule out the silence continuing on 29/12/2017 granting them a suspension and another six months of silence. | pwhite73
11/12/2017 14:16 | Results by 29th Dec. Let's hope RP isn't sitting on his ar*e doing f all? Must be update on NBs claim at very least? | blueblood

11/12/2017 13:57 | "The greater fool theory states that the price of an object is determined not by its intrinsic value, but rather by irrational beliefs and expectations of market participants. A price can be justified by a rational buyer under the belief that another party is willing to pay an even higher price." "One may pay a price that seems "foolishly" high because one may rationally have the expectation that the item can be resold to a "greater fool" later." | mister md
11/12/2017 13:26 | LOLdown it goesanother ramp bites the dust | backtogo
11/12/2017 13:14 | If there's going to be any progress on shareholder value then, in the absence of any firm news, Poulden needs to revisit this arrangement with Riverfort. Seems bloody ridiculous. | chopper harris1
11/12/2017 13:10 | Spot on PWhite, its one of many scams on AIM I'm sad to say. | festario
11/12/2017 13:09 | Anyone still mocking me over my unlimited death spiral claims? | pwhite73
10/12/2017 19:19 | I dont see how £45k a month can be considered a death spiral finance, this arrangement is better than a straight up placing where all shares will be sellable as soon as they hit the market meaning with a placing you would get a huge overhang for a very long time. I dont see how it is worst than a standard placing. The company is now cashed up and nothing is priced in at this price, speculation on blockchain could be a massive driver. | ileeman
10/12/2017 18:05 | This present share is one that I have lost money on and it is highly speculative but although slight there is a possibility that RP will deliver. Lets hope so and if Bob is the catalyst then great! As for mocking death spiral finance I hate that with a passion. HATE IT!!!! Including the arrangement here. My initial comments were tongue in cheek and were actually mocking those who ramp shares like this. I am a holder here and I wouldn't recommend the shares as they are so speculative. Of course I would like these to take off. I just don't see it. Good luck There are safer options out there with more potential. | billthebank
10/12/2017 15:18 | Thinking it will pass 0.1 p in morning on building sentimnet... RNS and it is full game on. | smart solution
10/12/2017 13:15 | When the deal was announced it was unanimously agreed that the amount of shares Riverfort were able to sell as part of the equity swap would have little or no impact on the share price. Even less so if positive news was being announced. The Chairman said so himself. Indeed many agreed it was good for the company because they were raising extra cash to progress the deal and Riverfort must have liked what they saw to invest in the first place. It has been clearly demonstrated for all to see that nothing could have been further from the truth. If this all changes next week well that's for the future not for the past. As I've said to you. You're an investor of today I and many are investors of the past. Your parameters are not the same as ours. Don't talk to me as if I bought last week. | pwhite73
10/12/2017 13:00 | "I strongly dispute the £45k figure" lol read the RNS it is there in black and white. As I said we had almost double the monthly figure they are allowed to sell in just one day......ohhhhh no the agony how is the price going to move with £45k a month being sold ohhhh no the agony. | ileeman
10/12/2017 12:45 | I strongly dispute the £45k figure. The deal was in two parts an initial £425k for PCGE and another £575k that was part of the equity swap. Both amounts satisfied by the sale of the 1 billion subscription shares. PCGE stated whatever happens they will keep the £425k therefore shares to that value must have or are still being sold to satisfy that amount. So it is possible that the two fund raises are taking place side by side. | pwhite73
10/12/2017 12:36 | PWhite stop pretending you are invested, so you are invested but want to see the share price go down lol do you know how stupid that sounds xD I know you sufferered in the past and upset about it, we all have losers in the market, but by your logic all my losers I should deramp non stop because I am upset about that loss...if you cant take a hit then you should not be in the markets. | ileeman
10/12/2017 12:30 | £45k a month is a death spiral? haha | ileeman
10/12/2017 12:26 | iLeeman - "PWhite keeps banging on about the death spiral, that is his main deramp." Yes it is. iLeeman - "taken over 20million shares now, might add more might not." I'm happy for you because you've only just arrived to the party. You have not sat here for months on end watching the decline in the value of your holding. If your average is say 0.07p you wouldn't have so many kind words to say if the share price had taken an 80% fall to 0.014p as many here have suffered. The AIM is about today's investor not yesterday's. | pwhite73 |
