More new coverage!:

12 Nov 15 Berenberg Buy 325.00 - 431.00 Initiates/Starts

And is Paysafe talking with Apple about supporting mobile person to person payments on Apple Pay?!!! Plenty hints in the Capital Markets Day if you listen carefully "we are looking to payments transfers....we are waiting for ApplePay to be opened up"

Makes you question your own judgement on a share, whenever you see so much gibberish on a bulletin board.

Try and be more realistic, you are all being carried away and it does not help.😁

That's great, so we may even be pushing towards the $150m this year then! With a move to the main market looking likely early next year and talk of more acquisitions late in 2016 we wont be a million miles away from getting into the FTSE100 - I recon about £9 a share which could be possible as we go into 2017.

Numis was $139m 2015 before the upgraded synergies yesterday. Numis had $250m for 2016 before the hinted 2016 upgrade (by cfo at end of day yesterday)

Was the forecast 2015 Ebitda $129M? then add on the extra synergy savings will take us to a forecast of about $137M, is this correct?

Highly unlikely to be turned down at this stage - suspect they have to show new investigative auditors (big 4) report on the 2009 data breach issue and then it will be all systems go i.e. in next week or so. Full confidence and transparency was expressed yesterday by the leadership. Fca obliged to tick the i's and cross the t's before approving the prospectus.

Cfo also stated he would consider upgrading the 2016 forecast in the new year if the current trajectory of the business continues (right at the end of the day before Joel's wrap-up)

The notice of move to the main market will happen between now and January which will be the key rerating catalyst...,I also suspect iis will start to buy up over next few weeks having digested yesterday and the general sentiment in the payment space

@lear - I like the fact the journalist likes PAYS but he/she does not have a clue about what they are talking about.

He/she states that PAYS is soley involved in the online payments space. This is just rubbish, anybody with a sub zero IQ reading the website would understand this.

I like it is positive, but it is toilet paper.

Whoever posted it's the next asos echoes my feelings... It's been a great journey with these guys and whilst I partially sold a few weeks ago, still invested for the next push. It has lots of potential and fundamentally ticks many boxes. Hope keeps pointing north (if MMs permit).

Wow!!!

Meanwhile, Optimal is already on the hunt for further acquisitions, but chief executive Joel Leonoff told the Financial Times newspaper that its shopping list has changed somewhat following the Skrill deal.

He said: “As we come out of the tail-end of the integration with Skrill, we want to be ready to look at other companies that we feel are accretive to our shareholders and add a lot of value to our business.

“As we approach $1bn in revenue, we need to find companies that can move the dial a little bit and make sure they add a material amount of revenue and profit.”
