Prospectus and end of year trading upgrade Monday? (IMO skrill revenues significantly ahead of deal ppt back in March as skrill is growing strongly but the analysts have been assuming very low skrill growth in their models, numis waiting for the trading update...)

As Barclay were effectively acting as a market maker it looks to me like they might well have been oversubscribed by 10% on the block sale of CVC/invesco stake at 346p (not unsurprising) and in effect created a short position at 346p - then bought those back in the open market after the share price dipped

There may of course be variations - the only folks that will know for sure are Barclays

IMHO as long as PAYS share price sits at a discount to peers then it is susceptible to being acquired - I expect PAYS will get re-rated over the coming months once it is on main market ( FTSE or FTSE250) - if it doesn't then it will become a target for the larger players - either way good for long term stock holders with upside of 30-40%+ in medium term IMHO and higher if we have a fair wind.
