14/12/2016 15:46 | AEK should have made around 100mil. leaving that on the table takes some big cojones. | ![]() ralphmalph
14/12/2016 15:31 | AEK must be sitting on some big gains here, hopefully they will take some profits before the other funds | ![]() malcolmmm
14/12/2016 15:15 | In my humble opinion this has been an early xmas present for those that keep a bit of cash for events just like this.Fill your boots and slay the shorters | fourgirls
14/12/2016 15:04 | £3.50 next stop, then looking forward to seeing £4 | ![]() qs99
14/12/2016 15:03 | As these private companies work on bonuses a percentage of profits made I think you are right ihatemms but I am looking out for some sort of action by them first | ![]() malcolmmm
14/12/2016 15:03 | yup squeeeeeeze | ![]() qs99
14/12/2016 15:03 | Sharp rise coming up | ![]() tsmith2
14/12/2016 14:59 | The shorts could be looking to book their profits before year end and they have limited days to do another raid as the TU update clock is now clicking down. | ![]() ihatemms
14/12/2016 14:56 | I am not discounting another raid on PAYS before Xmas, investor confidence is low, some of the risks Spotlight highlighted although widely known are sort of true and the results are still some way off. all imo. After the results are published it will be a different ball game. All conjecture so who knows. | ![]() malcolmmm
14/12/2016 14:44 | @Zcaprd7I'm assuming that was aimed at me? It's true that companies have been looking to short the company but don't think anyone could have seen that they were looking to do it by an apparently bogus, completely anonymous report bringing the share price down to these prices. The board said that they didn't know who spotlight were so not sure how many others did. I'm pretty sure it came as a bolt from the blue to most people | ![]() andy mack
14/12/2016 14:39 | I think perhaps at around 4.20pm we will have an indication if the shorters are still selling or beginning to buy back imo but who knows they may do neither for a day or two. | ![]() malcolmmm
14/12/2016 14:34 | looks like the shorters are starting to blink..Now is the time to buy in and make their life tricky | ![]() sweyn
14/12/2016 14:33 | These are now in t20 territory for the TU update. Shorters struggling to keep the price down - PI's buying in and very few selling. | ![]() ihatemms
14/12/2016 14:32 | No one saw it coming? It's been flagged up on here for months? | ![]() zcaprd7
14/12/2016 14:12 | No-one can say they are completely balanced on this board, but it's blindingly obvious that there a plenty of posters here who have a lot more knowledge of PAYS than Trans Man! Social media has given the uninformed and less scrupulous an equal voice. Some may argue it is good for democracy but we are feeling the negative effects yesterday (on PAYS) and more generally in 2016 as a whole! | juzzer100
14/12/2016 14:11 | @cg8riversideI did! About 3 days ago. I thought the share price was on the turn after the downtrend that we were in then we had yesterday's bear raid which I don't think anyone saw coming. I held on to them as there have squeezes like that on this share before (security issue I think) but it's was pretty hairy for a while and wasn't really sure what to expect this morning. | ![]() andy mack
14/12/2016 14:09 | I think that the scumbags that write these dodgy dossiers hawk their 'research' (HaHa!) around a few hedge funds. If the hedge fund(s) think it might be at all credible (to the gullible), they provide the shorting 'firepower' before and after publication. Probably not only hedge funds, but traders all tweeting away to each other and spreading fear in the market. Arguably, a bit of a conspiracy. In my opinion. | ![]() rogthepodge
14/12/2016 14:06 | I agree, most of what they posted was known anyway and had been highlighted by Barclays and others. Anyone could say a company might be investigated for wrong doing. What the Motley Fool said the other day still holds true Payment powerhouse Investor demand for PaySafe Group (LSE: PAYS) has also sunk in recent sessions, the company also retreating from recent all-time highs despite the release of upbeat trading numbers in November. Paysafe — which provides online payment and money transfer services — announced that it remained on track to meet its upgraded revenues guidance of $970m-$990m made during the summer. As well as benefitting from an increasingly-cashles And Paysafe certainly appears attractively priced at current levels. The number crunchers expect earnings at the company to detonate in 2016, and another 15% rise is predicted next year. These figures result in P/E ratios of 12.6 times and 11 times correspondingly, well below the benchmark of 15 times widely considered attractive value. I reckon Paysafe’s rising position in a fast-growing market should undergird stunning earnings growth in the years ahead | ![]() malcolmmm
14/12/2016 14:03 | Well said Polythene - you said what everybody on this board is thinking. | ![]() ihatemms
14/12/2016 14:00 | Andy Mack it's all absolute drivel from a well oiled shorting machine. They must laugh there heads off at how easy it is to do this in the UK to Companies worth billions. Tale out some shorts then get an an anonymous dodgy dossier out online whixh even says in black amd white that you have a short position and stand to make money from a fall in the share price. It really does make a mockery of the FCA amd the UK Stockmarket. Best thing you can do is BUY some shares. These will be over £6 in 2017. You can quote me on that. Bring on Januarys Trading Update! | ![]() cg8riverside
14/12/2016 13:59 | did 'trance man' open an ADVFN account on 30th November 2016 in order to start posting on 12th December, right after the 'Spotlight Research' document was mysteriously published online? seems like a fair question to me | ![]() rogthepodge
14/12/2016 13:55 | I feel PAYS will bounce strongly. To me it makes no sense for Joel to keep his 3.4m option shares if there was not a decent business going forward. He could have sold them in excess of 400p but did not. In fact he didn't even sell any to satisfy tax and national insurance obligations and the option cost of the exercise. | ![]() lw425
14/12/2016 13:47 | 'trance man' has only ever posted on ADVFN since YESTERDAY. And only about Paysafe. So draw your own conclusions folks. It is too easy to set up multiple false aliases here on ADVFN, as they want to give the appearance to advertisers of many users! In my opinion. | ![]() rogthepodge
14/12/2016 13:40 | Is there nothing of merit to what trance man is saying then? I'm a bit of a newbie at this but there are some experienced heads on this board that might be able to check? From what I could work out is that it's not in force yet but coming into effect soon and that could obviously affect revenue if any of that report is true. | ![]() andy mack |
